My wife and I were unable to obtain a second set of washcloths. She joined me for the second day of my stay. I had been issued 1 washcloth, towel and hand towel. My wife went to the front desk to request a second set. She was told we could not get one until the next day, and I needed to return my towel before we could get another. We checked out at 6:30 am. So getting a second washcloth was impractical. Odd

People kicking on the door demanding to be let in. Obviously inebriated, called front desk and they didn’t care, would not come up and tell him to go away. Pensioner age woman in room alone!! NEVER AGAIN …….

The office is always closed, and no staff are around to help. When I called, no one picked up. The room was very dirty. The floor was not clean and it looked like there was dog poop behind it. It was a non-smoking room, but it had a cigarette burn on the bed sheet. The shower head was broken, and there was no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. There was only one towel in the room. I would not stay here ever again nor recommend anyone to stay here.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Room had very heavy smell of smoke. Towels smelled of smoke. We turned the air on high, but it didn't completely remove the smell. There was only one set of towels. Had to find a housekeeping person to give us another set of towels. She gave us 1 bath towel. There was dog poop on the grass area in front of our room. we had to be careful where we stepped.
