The 1000 sq. ft space is 30 a minute drive to Strathcona Park, BC's oldest provincial park, offering Vancouver Island’s only full-service Alpine Village with spectacular views. Close to biking & hiking trails, beaches, marina, kayaking, kiteboarding. Easy walking distance to amenities. Private and peaceful, enjoy birds feeding in our garden nestled, in the seaside Village of Comox. Close to airport, ferries, float plane, hospital, gym. Mt Washington is open for hiking and biking. Private and peaceful you can relax with a hot chocolate after a day of skiing or hiking and enjoy birds feeding in our garden nestled, in an established family neighbourhood in the seaside Village of Comox. GooseSpit beach only 5 minutes away. Recreation Centre with infra red sauna only a 2 minute walk. Close to airport, ferries, float plane, hospital. As this is my family home you may hear a bit of normal family banter from upstairs.
