Check in was very slow. While there were 2 people behind the desk only one was serving customers and the other stood wringing his hands and doing nothing. Eventually a woman appeared from the back and asked if we'd been helped. When we answered that the hadn't the hand wringer said "oh, I thought you were with her" (the woman checking in slowly). He shouldn't have assumed and should have asked us if we were with her.

Was a great stay! You stay in these little buildings not connected to the main building which was a bit confusing at first and not clear on the Expedia site but they were very clean and cute and quiet. Pillows too big so hard to sleep on, no real milk for coffee and the TV wasn't a smart TV but besides that it was a wonderful stay and we will return if in the area again!

Everything about the room and staff was perfect. However, I strongly recommend adding a few cameras in the parking lot. Unfortunately, my car was hit, and because there was no footage or way to identify the responsible party, we had to cover the insurance deductible ourselves. This situation could be prevented in the future with proper camera.

I am on the island numerous times throughout the year for both work and pleasure. This time it was pleasure. Definitely making this my go to place if I'm in the area. I had a booking error on my part, they accommodated me without any fanfare, business as usual, no problems, sorted. For the pricing, it's notably the best bang for the cost for anything I've found on the island, north or south, by a significant margin, glad I choose them from the monopolized booking sites available. The SERVICE was a breath of fresh air, authentic, very much appreciated. Everything was above expectation pretty much (rare) under the circumstances. I honestly can't really say there were any downsides, at all. Nothing could have been improved on, this was competence in action (with a smile). Amenities, noise levels, cleanliness, the MATRESS, heated floor in the bathroom (very nice), everything was above expectation, AND with a welcoming staff all around! Nice to be able to look forward to where I'm staying next time I'm in the area!

Crown owl was fantastic to stay at. The front desk was very slow and clearly did not give a s*** about their job. But overall the property was fantastic. Parking was easy. Rooms were wonderful. Everything was very clean.
