We were disappointed that we were not able to eat in the restaurant as when we tried making a reservation shortly after our arrival, we were notified that the restaurant was fully booked for the evening. We found our room on the main floor to be really noisy. We could hear conversations from the unit next to us and above us.

We were only there overnight as we were in town for a medical visit … check-in area parking wise is a disaster … so congested but the actual checkin experience meaning staff was very good at least the gentleman that checked us in. The other lady standing at the desk was very cold and unapproachable. The cabin was cute but again parking was extremely tight. Everything was well laid out and very new and clean … probably could use a few more window coverings as we prefer less clothing than more … and there were 2 windows with no covering . Bead was comfortable and shower was large and great water pressure. It is close to a very busy road so that was a bit noisy . All in all not a bad stay but I would never play in season rates to stay there … just not enough positives . But for what we needed and the time we needed it was good and we would consider it again

Great location for golf and course was in excellent condition. Restaurant great. Not impressed by being double charged by staff for room and brought this to their attention. Was told not double charged and 5 hrs later money was returned to CC. No email/call or communication letting me know of the refund.

Was a gorgeous comfortable room with a lovely outdoor terrace with nice soft seating. The grounds and golf course offered great opportunities to walk. Really happpy I stayed here. A very nice find.

Nice location. New cabins are nicely done especially those that stand alone. It would be a good idea to move the toilet paper roll closer to the toilet... not everyone has long arms. The living room furniture is comfortable for group conversation but not so great for watching TV for a longer periods.. hard to get comfortable. As is often the case in high end properties there seems to be a lot of bedding especially during warmer weather. It was hard to organize the right temperature for sleeping. The guest services folks were vary accommodating when we left behind some stuff that needed to be shipped back to us.

I gave this property one star because not once , but twice, our request for a ground level room, due to my husband’s disability and difficulty with stairs, was ignored and we were required to climb a long flight of stairs with luggage late at night after 30 hours of travel. This was followed by misplacing our key fob when we stored our car with them while on vacation. Not impressed with the service.

We stay here regularly to visit friends. It doesn't seem as well appointed as it was in past years; maybe time for a refresh. But it is a convenient and comfortable place and the staff are excellent.
