Enjoy the nature escaping the city's rush in a peacefull seventeenth century villa, located on the top of a hill facing Como lake and the town. The Villa Sassi is located 1.5 miles from Como town center, 35 minutes by either highway or train from Milan, and just 25 miles away from Milan by car.
Villa Sassi was a monastry till the seventeenth century, located on the top of the hill Cardina Which faces lake Como. It's a great place to enjoy the region, the nature, yet still being just a few steps away from Milan.

Week in Como

Onze week bij Villa Sassi verliep perfect. Laurence was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie, het huis en de tuin waren magnifiek en op ideale afstand van Como-centrum en omgeving. Een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor verschillende uitstappen om nadien in alle rust van de accomodatie te genieten. Wij keren zeker terug! Tony & familie

belle location au calme sur les hauteurs de Côme

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cette location spacieuse qui est une partie d'un ancien monastère, l'autre partie étant occupée par les propriétaires( très discrets que nous n'avons d'ailleurs pas rencontrés hormis la jeune fille qui nous a accueillis ) .Située à environ 10mn du centre de Côme ( voiture obligatoire) l'endroit est très calme et le jardin très agréable , la table sous les tilleuls permettant de prendre les repas a l'extérieur le soir après les chaudes après midi passées au bord du lac .Les matériaux sont de très bon goût et la décoration choisie apaisante . La cuisine est bien équipée et un supermarché se trouve à environ 5 mn en voiture. Un endroit très agréable dont nous garderons un bon souvenir.
