Lovely flat in a great location

A delightful flat in an excellent location. The balcony overlooking a pedestrian street is a great feature and access to private parking a real plus. Francesca the property manager could not have been more friendly and helpful. Strongly recommended.

Great Como Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Como. The location was perfect and the apartment met all our needs. Our host was responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed using the outdoor balcony for breakfast and an evening glass of wine. Would recommend this apartment to our friends.

Perfect

We had a wonderful holiday in Como and the apartment was perfect for us. It's located close to the lake, the shops, bars, restaurants and cathedral, so you have the bustle of activity during the day. However, as it's on the top floor, it's fairly quiet, especially at night. Being on a pedestrian street is great too. It combined the character and charm of an old building with a modern, clean and comfortable interior with a lovely balcony where we ate our meals. Federica, the property manager was lovely, really helpful and easy to get hold of. Como was beautiful and we found plenty to do. I'd certainly recommend it.

Reise nach Comi

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Como. Das Schlafzimmer liegt Richtung Innenhof und ist sehr ruhig, trotzdem ist man am Ort des Geschehens. Michele und Frederika waren sehr zuvorkommend! Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

L'appartement de Michele est très propre, fonctionnel et très bien situé (très proche du Duomo et du lac à pieds, et pout autant très calme). Les échanges avec Michele sont très faciles, et Michele s'est montré très arrangeant (que ce soit sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ ou pour nous aider à trouver un parking).
