The room was clean and charming. Yaiza, who coordinated check-in, was fantastic — she was responsive and had excellent recommendations for food and things to do. Good location close to the lake and only 5-10 mins walk from San Giovanni train station (depending on how fast you walk). No view from Suite 8 to speak of but I wasn’t hanging out in my room much, other than to sleep. I would stay here again!

Very large three person room. Outstanding location in the city center. Easy to walk to both train stations. Outstanding restaurant and bar options nearby and right by the lake. This penthouse is very spacious, beautifully decorated, in a safe area near several restaurants and coffee shops. It’s also very close to the lake. Even though it’s close to everything and it’s in a lively area, it was very quiet and private in the apartment. Yaiza was very friendly and helpful.
