Arrived as schedule at 10:40 pm...at the front desk I was told...Ohh...they didn't call or texted you?...we run out of room at this property and we moved you to Marriott Town and Country (some 1000 ft away...). Sorry..we have no rooms here. I was moved to a much lower quality property, where the room was not very clean, it was very noisy, terrible bed etc...I was not offered a reimbursement or any type of compensation, nor an apology. It was too late too fight with the front desk person... ORBITZ...you should have handled this better, should have acted on my benefit and not on my detriment.

I reserved a room online for this hotel 2-3 days in advance of my stay, with the website saying there were 5 rooms available, and I only needed one room. Upon my arrival, late the evening of my stay, after a very long day of working out of town, I was asked the name on the reservation, which I gave, and then immediately, without even looking at a computer screen or paper, the host said "We do not have a room for you, an extra reservation must have been slipped in". Obviously, based on the quick response, this person knew that I had made a reservation and was waiting for me all evening, so he could deliver the news. It's not the fact that they didn't have a room for me that really disappoints me, because they made arrangements right away with a hotel down the street. But, what really disappoints me is the fact that the staff knew of this error, and didn't think to call or email me ahead of time to let me know so I could be prepared, when they had at least 2 days to do so. Also, no apology, discount, or refund of any kind was offered by the hotel staff. I have no future plans of making reservations at this hotel.

1st day the pool was close and did not tell me I could use the pool next door. housecleaning could use some help. after 1st night then did not run vacuum. then my door card quiet working. then 2nd night toilet clogged up and they gave me the plunger for me to work it. then the light in bathroom went out. But I would give the a second try. Also the office staff was great

This hotel was great! It was spacious and CLEAN! It wasn't luxurious, thus the 4 stars, but it was very nice. I really enjoyed the staff too, they were helpful and kind. Breakfast was plentiful, it was a bit crowded at the bar where the food was (as in you had to wait for someone to get their oatmeal in order for you to reach the plates), but it wasn't terrible. The coffee/hot chocolate/tea/ice water is out 24/7.

Family had a great stay. Staff was polite and helpful. Son had a great time in the pool. Short drive from the airport. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Room was comfortable, clean, and had a great smell. Overall great experience.

My only issue with this property is the business center, the computer area and the computer it self needs work. It's time for someone to review the operation of the computer.

The Hotel was nice and the workers were very friendly. Continental breakfast was so-so. They could use a little more variety. Located in a good spot. Everywhere we went was no more than 15 minutes away. Pool and hot tub was nice too. Only complaint was that the others staying there were pretty rude. Don't understand that and feel bad for the employees who have to deal with stupidity. Good place, will stay again!

Since the check the manager was attentive, the rooms were clean, the bed was great, it was a really peaceful and restoring sleep, great breakfast the following morning. For the business traveler this hotel really delivers and lives up to their offers

rooms not up to usual marriott standards

I was in town to visit friends. Gahanna-Creekside, was a great area to visit. Plenty of eateries, the hotel was close to the airport and Columbus proper. It was a good stay. The hotel staff was great the facility was clean.

Our room had only 1 garbage can, the bathroom light only worked part of the time. When we went down to the breakfast buffet, there was hardly any food left and no place to sit. They did not restock the food at all. [...]rude staff.

no reserved room upon arrival, no communication

The Hotel was nice and the workers were very friendly. Continental breakfast was so-so. They could use a little more variety. Located in a good spot. Everywhere we went was no more than 15 minutes away. Pool and hot tub was nice too. Only complaint was that the others staying there were pretty rude. Don't understand that and feel bad for the employees who have to deal with stupidity. Good place, will stay again!
