Pictures do not represent rooms or gym at all. Over 300 dollars for deluxe room and the jacuzzi was stained yellow, brown debris and a bug floated up from drain. Tub jets filthy. Tears in carpet, dirty walls, missing lights. The gym is closet sized with equipment squeeze in. Checked in and left. Was unable to get refund and chose to sleep in car for two days in less than 30 degrees temperatures. Also the window did not lock and could easily be opened from outside. Unsafe, unclean, do not go here. Undoubtably one of the most stressful visits.

In comparison to other Ramada by Wyndun this by far was 0-10. The beds had hair, 2 cockroaches, dirty, and more. It is a 1 star.

Shower time

We came for one night for a tournament one of my daughters was playing a couple streets over. The price was good but obviously too good to be true. Definitely not worth what we spent. There was a questionable stain on the carpet as well as one of the blankets on the bed (we arrived late and didn’t notice either till the next morning). My husband then was going to take a quick shower in the morning before we left for the tournament and he ended up having taking a bird bath with FREEZING COLD WATER. There was no hot water in the shower/bath or even the sink. Will definitely be avoiding this place next time we have a tournament in this area.

Hall ways smelled like weed. Ordered pizza and as soon as we got it seen a huge roach heading towards our food then seen a smaller one later on climbing on the wall and later discovered a dried dead one in the bathroom by the sink and then another baby one by the ironing board. Tv had lines in it and the cable or what ever it is sucks couldn't even find any cartoons or anything for my daughter to watch. Breakfast was gross if u want to call it breakfast biscuits where over cooked no waffles cause thing that held the batter was broken but there was a guy eating a waffle when we got down there and they had bread but no way to toast it bagels where old and partly frozen and no way to toast them cause the toaster was broken if u wanted cereal u had to ask for it and it was in the back and they got it for u and just brought u a bowl of cereal and container of milk. The little store they have behind the desk was almost not existent it had 5 chocolate bars 3 bags of chips and Tylenol and playing cards and no prices posted. Water tasted gross. Never did find the ice machine. Fridge had black mold on the door
