Staff smoking by entry doors most unpleasant. Hot food at breakfast was cold right out of the serving pan.

Everything worked out fine. I would recommend this place as a place to stay when visiting Ohio

This hotel is good if you just need a place to sleep.

Room, hotel was clean. Room maintenance not good. Bathroom stool moved 1/16 of inch or more each time it was used (stool itself, not the seat.). Towel rack had fallen off. Tape put over holes and just painted. Towels and washcloths put above hangers for clothes. Cabinet holding refrigerator broken. Refrigerator conceivably could fall out and injure a small child. Stayed two days, but had no maid service to empty wastebaskets, provide clean towels/washcloths, and resupply empty toilet paper holder. Basically, no maid showed up while we were gone all day. Breakfast on final day was chaotic, with no hot food part of the time, and no effort to bring any for last twenty minutes. Food removal started five minutes early, though many new guests had come in those last twenty minutes. Staffer instead began putting chair away. While the hotel is older, it is in decent shape. It appears to be a management expectation shortfall. Have stayed there before, and probably will again, but these issues do need addressed.

Disgustingly dirty did have clean linens. They were not changed after the last couple guest. Staff were very rude Breakfast was poor quality and after seeing the cleanliness of the room we were to nervous to eat it

The property is in desperate need of updates, proper maintenance and cleaning. The pool decking a pebble decking that is breaking apart and ending up into the pool. There doesn't appear to be any daily maintenance on the pool.

Property was dated and what I would expect of a budget hotel. Breakfast was good and the pool was nice. Our room was clean and ok as well.

They are centered around a lot of things to do. You don't have to travel far to find a restaurant, shopping mall or something to do if you have free time.

Great location and nice staff but not up to the Ramada name. Many items in need of updating and/or repair; including back 'secure' door.

The only reason I booked this room was because they had a pool. We check in and find out the pool was closed.

This hotel did not meet the expectations of cleanliness nor hospital and professional check-in staff

The place was disgusting. Stains on the floor. Cigarette Burn on my bedding. Never Again!
