Perfect place to stop on our road trip across America. Best hot water and water pressure of any hotel in the world. Seriously, you can fill your bath in less than a minute and get a nice back massage in the shower. Easy to locate CHECK, comfy bed, CHECK, free breakfast, CHECK, quiet, CHECK, friendly staff, check, fast internet, CHECK
The room was cold when when we first got there which I love. Super comfy clean bed. Polite and helpful staff. Overall awesome stay and I would stay there again.
i always try to stay away from elevator as its noisy.. the lady put me at the end (not knowing) next to the exit. was not happy about that. our air conditioner was VERY noisy all night long. needless to say, i didnt sleep well.. nothing great to review with their free breakfast. coffee was undrinkable.

The hotel is in a good location. Grocery stores and restaurants very close but the actual hotel is disappointing. They are extremely short staffed. I waited in a line for an hour just to check in. The lady at the front desk was doing laundry, checking people in, taking calls for the hotel etc. The hotel is dirty, my room was missing a blow dryer. I called the lady but she had too many other things to do and never brought it. I definitely won’t be coming back.
Very nice hotel! Our bathtub had some red marks that looked pretty gross/like blood, but turned out to be just rust marks that don’t come off when scrubbed. The room seemed very clean, though, and the breakfast was good.
The staff was friendly and supportive. They addressed us in passing and the front desk was kind enough to tell me her advice on walking to the wall

Flight was cancelled due to inclement weather and they insisted on charging me for the room.
Stay was fine. Business Center was adequate but in an open area right next to the front desk which was somewhat disruptive.
Decent hotel for the price. Not the friendliest staff. Room in good shape and clean. The usual thunk from the other hotel doors; wish someone would come up with a solution to this or people would consider their neighbors.
