The hotel is run down and the breakfast was poor, even for a continental breakfast. I would have given just one star, but it is clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful so that pushed it up another star.
Simply horrible. The room stank of some perfumy cleaner that I had all over me and my dog -gross! The parking lot was always occupied by people hanging out in the car for a good while... suspicious I skipped the second night and booked a different place
Could use some improvements
When I made the reservation online it stated dogs and cats allowed. When I checked in I reminded the guy that I had a cat and paid the fee for three nights and after getting in to the room the guy that checked me in called me in the room about 30 min later and started telling me the cat had to stay in a carrier and that they actually do not allow cats very upsetting for me. The web site should not state cats allowed and to take a deposit for the cat. Also my son and daughter inlaw got a room and my son came in later that night and my daughter inlaw was inside the room and the door would not open my son went down stairs and the guy came up and got the door open and went back down stairs and my son tried to open the door and again it would not open so he called downstairs and the guy said well you wont be going out anymore tonight. My son said no but we want anoter room this is not safe if there happens to be a fire we cant get out.
Had some difficulty entering the room with the card key. And right in downtown.
Breakfast consisted of cereal and coffee.or juice. Air conditioner did not work properly.very strong scent off pine sol
It was dirty bed bugs weird people in lobby and outside all the time house keeping found a needle under the bed when looking for bed bugs just terrible never again
Noise throughout the night... noise in the morning... Could not sleep inn...
Sheets had not been changed on the beds. We asked for a different room. Desk clerk took our keys when we asked for a different room, then told us to leave the premises. We asked for a refund which we did not get. This hotel is not safe with the virus going around! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!NO ROOM, NO REFUND, TO ME THIS IS THEFT BY DECEPTION.
It was nice and clean, and the workers were friendly
Thin bath towels. Broken tile floors. Tub drain would not close or hold water in the tub. Light bulbs burned out in lamp.
The drapes smelled moldy and the room did not smell fresh.
Ice machine permanently broken. Room was only swept in easy to access areas. Bucket placed under HVAC unit to catch the water running in the room when it rains. Stay in your car instead, save you $115
Decent hotel to get a night's sleep. Could be a little cleaner.
You get what you pay for. Don't be fooled by cheap rates here, the building is dingy and dark, things look like they haven't been updated in decades, our supposedly non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes (but not as much as the elevator), and the staff was largely absent. I don't recommend.
