🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code and check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.

☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

🐾 Pets: If you are bringing your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee—$100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.

⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout incurs a fee of $20 per half hour.

💵 Additional Fees: To ensure we have enough time to prepare for future guests, please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These fees help cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to accommodate your request.

🏠 Property Layout: Our house is set up like a duplex, with no connection between the two homes. You have a private entrance and off-street parking at the back of the property.

✅ City Permit: Rest assured, your stay won’t be canceled due to city regulations. We are permitted with the city: A-STRP-23-1307.
