I was happy with the cleanliness of the room (as I’m extremely picky when it comes to that) staff was nice enough. A tad bit cold in the room, but overall I think I might have to try it again…perhaps. Thank you.

My room was amazing! Super clean, fridge, microwave, it was great! The not great part was the "H Bar" It sounded great, open 5-10 pm, but the front desk had to cover the bar, it wasn't a bar by normal standards. The menu wasn't good, again, the front desk had to try to cook. I had a really long day flying with the flights cancelled and TSA problems, so I was hungry and tired, so not "having a real bar and grill" was disappointing. BUT...I will tell you, the front desk staff worked so hard trying to cover everything, I feel bad they are expected to do it all! That doesn't make me happy because they were working it all :(
