I have always really liked Holiday Inn express, they are always clean, beds are comfortable, and there is breakfast. However, with breakfast starting at 7 AM on Saturday and Sunday, is truly inconvenient for those that still need to wake up early and do things. I understand that may be hot breakfast cannot be served until 7 AM, but maybe you could still offer the cold items at 6 AM? And the pool area was extremely small, my dad is handicapped and could not even go into the pool area to try to watch his grandchildren swim

Gabby at the front desk was great! Breakfast was good and the place was quite and everyone was nice. We will be back again! Thank you

Property is well taken care of. Staff go out of their way to help and answer questions. Bedding is very nice and comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Pool is small, but fine for little ones and a quick over night stay.

IT WAS CLEAN, HAD A BREAKFAST SETUP EVERY MORNING, COFFEE AVAILABLE ALL DAYLONG. MY ONLY RECCOMENDATION WOULD BE TO CHECK THE BAGALS, THEY WERE ALWAYS STALE AND HARD.

During our stay, everything was great: rooms, breakfast, swimming pool, hot tub and front desk. We, as four families were very satisfied from our stay and we have no specific comments but very good recommendation for future customers.

Staff was friendly furniture was dated and chipped, bathroom looked dirty. Mattress was comfy pillows smelled moldy.

Very nice hotel with beautiful location and staff. I will be back.

Was comfortable for a long stay but we had a dog and were putnon the 3rd floor. 1st floor would have been best.

Very nice hotel comfortable beds clean rooms very pleased. Great location close to many restaurants and shopping would definitely recommend staying here. It's a reasonably priced hotel with many amenities

Extremely loud. Unable to sleep past 6am because of doors slamming by staff, and other guests. We were on the main floor close to breakfast area and enterance. Staff doors slammed instead of closing quietly, staff making breakfast was extremely loud, room had no sound proofing. Disappointing stay, especially for the price. $220 for a room that we couldn't sleep in. We will not return to this hotel. Stayed in the Grand Hyatt downtown Denver for $20 less the night before, they need to take notes.

I was in town to take my son to the zoo and it's decently close. However, their parking is horrible and finding a spot to park is next to impossible after 7pm and the staff isn't helpful at all they suggested I park in an empty lot with no other cars and walk to the hotel at 9pm with my child. That's dangerous and stupid especially after I heard about 5he break in near the area. The staff answer for everything is I'm sorry but you can just walk. I was slightly disappointed in the hotel, I absolutely love holiday inn express and this is one of mediocre hotels they have. It's not the worst but I definitely won't go back.

Excellent hotel for the value. Room and property in general was very clean, well staffed, and updated. Location is very convenient to I-25 and numerous restaurants.

Went here with family for spring break. The room accommodated all 6 of us with its 2 queen beds and one sofa bed. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, plus we liked the breakfast (including those delicious cinnamon rolls). The staff was also very friendly! The best part of the hotel, though, was probably that Pikes Peak was in clear view from the balcony of the breakfast area, and from the back of the hotel. It was beautiful and certainly a good preview, as we headed over to Pikes Peak later that day.

When we arrived we were served promptly and kindly. Our stay was great and we enjoyed everything the hotel offered. We would stay again.

The check-in was fast and the clerk was friendly. The room was clean and prepped each day. All the staff was friendly and helpful. They pointed out areas of interest and attractions that were closed due to floor and fire. The breakfast was good and there was plenty.

It's at exit 149 and many dinning places at Exit 150 and the Air Force Academy is Exit 150. The Exit to The Garden of the Gods is only a couple of miles away and the exit to Pikes Peak is 141. The free breakfast was great. Not much other than other hotels at this exit. A room on the back of the hotel has a good view of Pike's Peak but front doesn't have much to look at.
