We always prefer writing positive comments, so we’ll just say this wasn’t our typical hotel stay. It was quiet, the ac worked. Upon arrival the front door was locked, nobody at the front desk, several minutes after unanswered phone calls and door knocks later, we were finally let in. Staff even told my wife to let me in instead of buzzing the door.

The pool was perfect for my kids. I love how spacious it was for my family all in all it was a pleasant stay with definitely recommended

It was very quiet and clean. The breakfast was great and the food in the evening was good also.

Everything was great esp the breakfast. Staff were helpful,l room was comfortable close to the airport. We will stay again when we come to the Springs.

We loved staying here! The pool was under renovation but everything else was able to be accessed and used. The rooms were clean and good size. And the staff was very accommodating to any need we had especially since we brought an infant with us. If we ever need a hotel in the area again, this will be at the top of our list!

they have amazing staff and the location is excellent, close to Colorado Spring airport and to the shopping centers. They were renovating so I can excuse some of the old items inside the room, but the room is very clean.

This was an amazing hotel! The breakfast was top notch, my room was very modern and spacious and they even do special catered events on weekday evenings. Would definitely stay again.

Everything . property under remodeling no swimming pool entrance was closed side door couldn’t get in. Phones not working etc etc etc. we want a complete refund. Do not list this place to rent.

For as much as i paid for one night i wouldnt have expected curlded half n half for my coffee, missing toilet paper roll, and housekeeping knocking on my door at 9 in the morning when check out is at 12!

The hotel is just few minutes from the airport. It is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The suite was comfortable and feels like home. The manager went above and beyond the call of duty, to make sure we had a pleasant stay.

We was pleased with our stay at Homewood. Nice rooms that accommodate smokers. Which is hard to find in TEXAS. The pool & hot tub was pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.

Homewood Suites is our first choice on family trips so we have stayed in several of them. This one may be ready for a little updating. Things look a bit worn and the pool, while warm, was really murky? The hot tub was fine. The "old hotel" smell is detectable. All that being said, the place was pretty clean, the beds were comfortable and the free breakfast was better than most (fresh berries every morning!) There was a problem at arrival with them trying to give us a smaller room than we had booked but the Manager (Debbie) was extremely helpful and resolved the situation quickly. As we were there for a week we were a little surprised that housekeeping never vacuumed the floors or took the kitchen trash but, other than that, the towels were plentiful and the place was clean. As far as location, being to the South by the airport is a little remote, but we got to all the major tourist sites in 20 minutes or less. To me, that was better than being in the city proper (which is kind of sketchy at night) or the rapidly expanding North which is full of retail and restaurants but is really crowded and chaotic. Beautiful view of the mountains from the parking lot. All in all, no complaints!

Helpful staff, convenient location. Loved It! Fireplace, TV and all night coffee/tea make for a cozy get your business done environment.

After a long summer of terrible hotels and lousy service, this was a blessing! The greeting when I came to check in was very friendly and with a smile. Our room was fantastic! Clean, comfortable and quiet, we slept all night with no disturbances. The breakfast in the morning was great, hot foods and grab and go, and plenty of seating. We will definately stay here again when we come back through!
