First, the host is incredibly responsive, and that was so appreciated! The location of this home is perfect for activities around the Broadmoor, zoo, Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, and downtown. The layout of the home provided plenty of space for everyone, and the games were very fun for our family. The kitchen also had everything we needed to cook full meals. If it’s important to you, you must have your own streaming service subscription to watch live TV. Thank you for a great stay!

The house is clean and spacious. We had eight in our group for 5 nights. Reasonable proximity to dining and activities. The Broadmor Hotel is within walking distance. The kitchen can use pots and pans. We found only one large pot. Need silverware. There were few forks and little spoons. The gas grill was in reasonably condition and we did cookout. Few issues; the door to the main level deck could use some adjustments (very hard to lock). The shower downstairs did not have a shower rod or curtain. The management company addressed that issue. Overall, it was a nice, clean and comfortable house. The location seemed safe. Lots of people taking walks.

Great weekend stay

Plenty of room for five adults, and four teens. The house had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Very easy check in and check out. We had three vehicles, and there was just enough room (one in the garage).Host responded very quickly when we reached out. Would stay here again.

Perfect stay near Cheyenne Mountain Zoo

The location of this house is perfect, 7 minutes from the zoo and 5 minutes from lots of restaurant options. The house itself was very clean and spacious, and the game room/kids room was a huge hit. Kitchen had everything needed, though I wish there had been a regular coffee maker in addition to the keurig. Would definitely stay again!

Great Visit To Colorado Springs

Our family had a great time in this roomy comfortable home. It is located in a great location and close to every place we wanted to visit. Super clean and near nature with great views of the city. We definitely would return for a future stay!

Family Weekend Get Away

This home was lovely & just perfect for our family gathering. So many places to gather, the game room was awesome! The home had everything we needed. The location was perfect & we could not have asked for better hosts. Always making sure we were enjoying ourselves. We will be back for sure!
