Cozy and woodsy 3bd/2ba house in a beautiful mountain setting and mountain view in a great location with easy access to US 24, only 8 min to Manitou Springs, and 10 min to Colorado Springs. The house is not in Manitou Springs proper. The map may not reflect the exact location.
Take a serene hiking trail along Fountain Creek to Green Mountain Falls to enjoy a beautiful lake with a fountain and many local restaurants. Let kids fish in the lake and enjoy the playground right by the lake. Numerous attractions around include Garden of the Gods, Indian Cliffs Dwellings, Pikes Peak Highway, Santa's Workshop Amusement Park, Seven Falls, Dinosaur Museum, Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument, Cave of the Winds and many more.
The house comfortably accommodates eight people (a maximum of six adults and two children). We may allow a small, well-behaved dog under 20 lb. Please inquire before making a reservation.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a fenced private yard.

The kitchen was very well stocked for 8 people. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice not to have to do several chores when leaving. From the description we thought it would be in a more private woods and not in a neighborhood. The bedroom for the children had an outside door so you better trust your children not to eacape in the night. The requirement of having to refill the propane tank kept us from using the grill.
