The cabin was clean and the host was very responsive and friendly. The location was very central and allowed easy access to supermarket and other amenities relatively nearby. I highly recommend this property for couples or groups of 4-5. Only a couple comments to make the experience even better:1) add a door in the master suite to allow privacy in the bathroom2) provide cable package for the tv that allows visitors to sign in to their own provided for viewing sporting events and other common programs3) provide additional clothes hangers that can be moved from one closet to the other4) provide an iron and ironing board Thank you very much for an enjoyable experience. This multi unit home (one unit up, 2 down) was really nice. We had the upper level. The kitchen, dining and living areas were one open space and it had a great view from the home and the deck. Parking was fine but would be tight if all three units were occupied. Automated responses to questions from the host were a bit slow. Friendly Mule deer were around the house every day. Overall, a great stay.

Does Not Disappoint

This is a wonderful property that is even better than the photos! Great location and the hosts are very responsive and helpful. Only draw back is the parking is a little tight if there are 3 vehicles but wouldn’t keep me from returning.

Great, quiet, comfortable mountain get away

Very refreshing getaway from the Texas heat. Loved that bar/grill and breakfast/lunch restaurants were down hill, in walking distance. Could not hear renters in units below. Parking is a little tight.

We had a wonderful time at Buffalo Sunrise and the host was fantastic, definitely set us up for success the entire process! The stay was perfect, the view in the cabin was even better than what we imagined, and the location was one of our favorites around Colorado Springs! We look forward to returning!

Picture Perfect Stay in the Mountains

Spent a lovely week at this home with my family and could not have been more pleased. Home has impressive windows with beautiful views of the mountains and cute little town below. Super clean, comfortable beds, and even a pack 'an play and booster seat for our 1 year old to sit at the dining table with us. Close to Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, and Old Colorado City. Highly recommend!

Postcard Perfect!!

I travel often and this was absolutely the BEST experience i have had in many many years. My daughter cried because she did not want to leave. I rate his place and experience 15 out of 10! I have found my happy place. I intend on renting again many more times in the future. This truly was the perfect place. I whish I could share my pictures and videos of how breathe taking this was. I have fund my 4th home! :) thank you to our host for a perfect place and experience for my daughter birthday! You allowed me to create a life long memory! thank you! thank you! Thank you! everything was soo beautiful and perfect!

Perfect family mountain getaway!

We stayed for a long weekend with our 2 year old on the coldest weekend of the year, and we still had a blast! Our 4wd car made it safely in the driveway (the neighborhood was plowed & well maintained). There was tons to do nearby for our toddler- Dino Resource center, Ice Castles, and even a park down the road to play in the snow. They had sleds to use as well! Everything was cozy & well stocked, we loved the fireplace & wraparound deck. Beautiful views & great home base for our family weekend.

Peaceful cabin close to so many activities

I took my kids (one adult, one teen and a pre teen) here for a quick stay for Christmas. The location was perfect. It was super peaceful and away from a bunch of noise and traffic but close enough to everything we wanted to do. The host was super friendly and very thorough regarding instructions and expectations.

Staying longer

Staying at the Buffalo Sunrise was a wonderful experience….. Beautiful decor and amenities. Quiet and relaxing. My favorites were the huge windows looking out at the mountains and the five deer that were just hanging out one morning! Regretted not staying longer. Definitely returning soon
