We will return

Let me just say we have stayed in many VRBO’s but this one takes the cake!!! There is absolutely nothing Erin has not thought of. This didn’t just feel like a place we were staying but home away from home, kitchen fully stocked from appliances, pots and pans, bake ware, all the cooking utensils even for the grill. Spices, coffee, teas. We had fans, extra blankets and towels - it was amazing. Next visit is a hiking trip with the girls! Can’t wait to rebook!!!!

Great getaway!

We drove out from Texas for a long weekend getaway and this cabin was the perfect home base. It’s tucked away in a cute town between Manitou Springs and Woodland Park. It was the perfect size for our family of 5–not too big, not too small—and had everything we needed. We loved working a puzzle together and streaming movies in the living room. We walked across to the shops and restaurants. We ate at Cantina Verde, Blue Moose, and the Pantry and all were delicious. We visited Bones, Stones, and Wood just about every day to shop and visit the shop kitty. It was such a fantastic trip. I wish we didn’t have to go home!

Best Birthday Snow Vacay Ever

My daughter absolutely LOVED this home for her 6th Birthday. We had special visits for the deer and plenty of snow. Everything was great there and we really enjoyed our stay!

Peaceful Cabin Close to the City

The house was extremely clean. The cleanest rental we have ever had! Th3 location is right in Green Mountain Falls, walking distance to the restaurants and many trails. Close enough to the city but located in a small town for a peaceful relaxation. We felt very safe and comfortable in the town and house! The house had everything needed from a collection of teas to any spice you would want. We ended up cooking every meal there. Erin has thought through everything you would need/want in a rental. The communication was fantastic with her as well! We will definitely rent here again!

Leave your stress at home

This property was exactly what I and my family needed for a weekend to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life! Check in was painless and Erin was available for any needs or requests we had and her recommendations are on point. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a low key place to relax that is close to many attractions in the area!

Mountain house

We really enjoyed our stay. We love that it is steps from restaurants and a playground/greenspace. It’s an art lover’s town so we enjoyed seeing various art pieces around the town. I cooked every night at the house so I really appreciated a stocked kitchen. I love to drink tea so was very happy to see a tea kettle and a selection of tea. The house was very nicely decorated and was very comfortable. My girls enjoyed all the toys. The deer outside the window at night was as a highlight. We would stay again if in the area.

Relaxing stay with friends!

We relaxed and numerous walks around the area. The park and the Breakfast brunch restaurant nearby is a fav of ours. We also love The Judge’s grill is a favorite. The cabin was so clean inside and we enjoyed games, visiting and watching deer roam the property every day. Well equipped cabin in kitchen and baths! Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

Perfectly met our Needs

Great property - great host - great location. Our stay was very enjoyable and cozy. Perfectly located right next to Green Mountain Falls restaurants and pond/gazebo area. Added bonus - our fur friends got to enjoy it all with us. This is hard to find many times! Would recommend and rent again.

Superb stay and great house

From the pet toys to the comfiest mattress, from the kids books to the modern amenities throughout the house - every details of our stay was impeccable and thought through... Great house, host and location

House was perfect for me, my wife and youngest son. Host was excellent with great communication from start to finish of the process and stay. Location of the house could not be better if you want to enjoy Green Mountain Falls area. We would no doubt stay again. One of my best experiences renting a VRBO.

Great mountain getaway!

This property was perfect for our family stay. Very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything to cook any meal. Beds were comfy. Quiet community. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Wow - what a gem! This listing caught our eye and did not disappoint! This home is super clean and has everything! Traveling with young kids is tough and the property manager made things so much easier with communication and recommendations. This home is located directly across from some great restaurants and a playground, making it perfect for families. It is convenient to so many attractions: Cave of the Winds, Old Colorado City, Cliff Dwellings and more! Great place!

This is a great property for our family during our time in the Colorado Springs area. The property manager is very responsive to our needs throughout the week. The house was tidy with plenty of linen, seasonings, and space. It snowed during our stay so the house got a bit chilly at night but nothing the fireplace couldn't mitigate. We cooked a bit for the week and there are plenty of dishware and cooking pots to make our spread. Very pleased and will book again if we get the opportunity to come back to the area!

Accommodation was a highlight

We stayed in this ultra cozy place and it turned out to be as much of a highlight as Pike's Peak or Garden of the Gods. Everything seems to have been thought of for our comfort. Remote control fireplace was an epic touch. The Mucky Duck and The Pantry, less than 100 yards away, were amazing off the path finds. The Mucky Duck brunch on Sundays is a must.

Great experience!

The cabin was so cute and great for our family. The girls loved the bunk room. It was well appointed and had a lot of starter supplies which was a plus. We have stayed in multiple cabins in GMF and chose this one for our stay this time as it is pet-friendly, and we needed to bring our dog. I was worried about the road noise due to the location right in town but it was not an issue! Still felt so quiet and peaceful. The master bed was kind of soft for our taste, but this is personal preference and not an indictment on quality. Erin was super helpful and responsive - she even sent over late night cleaning supplies when one of my girls was sick unexpectedly. We would stay here again. =)
