We had an excellent stay! We enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor area. We also enjoyed using the back yard grill. We found the kitchen fully equipped for our family meals. We definitely recommend this home. We found it convenient to zoo, shopping and pretty much everywhere we went. We will be staying here again when we come back to Colorado Springs.

Property was very spacious and accommodating for the 7 of us. The house is near everything you would need and seemed to be in a safe and nice neighborhood. I think the pictures online looked a bit different from in person but the house was really nice, just a tad old. Communication was great and the amenities were more than plenty!

This was one of my better experiences in a vacation rental property. When we arrived everything was in order and actually clean! (Which has not always been my experience with other places we’ve stayed.) The hosts were great, responsive, and considerate. While we happily had very little need to communicate because everything was going so well, they were quick to respond when we did message them. It’s a great location too, close to plenty of the tourist things we wanted to do! There are restaurants, a theater, and shopping all very close by.The kids loved having a room to themselves where they each got their own bed and, to their utter delight, it had a tv. I’m surprised I was able to get them out of there they were having so much fun. They’ve been asking to go back since we left!Overall we had a wonderful experience here and would absolutely consider staying here again if we’re ever able to come back to the area.

Host is great at communicating and was so nice when we couldn't connect to the wifi, he came over immediately to be sure we were taken care of.The location is great as there are restaurants, shopping and convenience stores within minutes, but also centrally located to some major attractions. The house is very clean, super spacious and while this may seem insignificant, the decor and additional aminities were greatly appreciated! Most rental properties are very bland and have bare walls, but this property is nicely decorated making it feel more like a home than just a "place to stay." The hosts provide so many little "extras" for instance, make up remover towelettes, bathroom air freshners, extra rolls of toilet paper and paper towles (not just 1extra) and too many additional to list.Because of the generosity and clear intentions to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, these hosts it made it easy for us to not only replace what we used, but more than happy to leave a little extra for the next guests. The hot tub was such a nice bonus after a long drive or activity filled day!I highly recommend staying with these hosts and at this property.

Great house for a family

The house was perfect. Lots of room. The fenced in back yard was great for the littles. The stairs had a baby gate which was nice, since most places don’t think about that. AC worked great!
