We had a short 2 night stay to get away to relax and this house didn't disappoint. It was very hot outside and I was pleasantly surprised that the air conditioning worked very well. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and generally it is well-appointed. The communication was excellent and we would definitely stay again.

Our family of 5 took our first trip to Colorado staying in Estes Park, Boulder and Manitou Springs. This house was by far our favorite and we wished we would have stayed more time here. So much space and every thing we needed. Loved the closeness to pikes peak and garden of the gods and walking distance to the adorable town. Our favorite was El Taco Loco, ate there twice in one day! Also loved Uncle Sam’s.

Entire process went smoothly. We showed up at the end of a "snowstorm" and the driveway and deck were already shoveled! Everything was clean and well labeled. Great views! Easy walk to town, Manitou incline, and cogged railway. Can't say enough good things about how comfortable the house is. And all kinds of board games. Great value for a group of six. We would definitely book again!
