The Space: This home has style! You’ll find modern, artsy touches throughout, beginning right at the pistachio punch-card of a front door with its stack of three round peekaboo windows.
As you step inside the front door, you’ll see a room just ahead of you with a door. Inside, you’ll find a deliciously inviting family room with a big, plump sofa with two chaise extensions and an oversized ottoman. It’s just begging you to put your feet up! Just opposite the sofa is a wall-mounted TV, and to the side, a charming wood-burning stove (decorative only). Shelves of family games are also provided. This is a perfect place for kids to hang out while the grown-ups entertain in the main living area upstairs – and you can close the door to close in the noise, too!
Also on this level, an elegantly furnished bedroom with a king-size bed stands just across the hall from a combination full bath/laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
Now, this will really knock your socks off: a ground-floor game room with the industrial-chic vibe of a hip lounge. You’re going to love it. This converted garage is festooned with strings of party lights and scattered with seating, including a cafe table surrounded by three chairs, a bar-height table with stools, and a barrel table with seating for two. There’s also a wine storage unit and a bar with cabinets below. But best of all, this room is LOADED with table games! Foosball, billiards and shuffleboard, plus some darts for good measure. This is good time central!
Now, follow us upstairs for the most sophisticated space in the home: a gorgeous open concept room that’s perfect for cocktails, conversation, dining, and watching sports. With its peaked ceiling and wood beams, it gives the feel of a classic mountain chalet, but with a decidedly contemporary slant. Please note that the indoor fireplaces are not for use due to safety precautions.
The huge modern kitchen features an artful mix of sleek pistachio and white cabinetry and high-end stainless steel appliances, including a range and range hood, large refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. You’ll also appreciate the coffee maker and chef’s knives. A HUGE island/breakfast bar accommodates six handsome leather stools and includes a built-in sink and a wine refrigerator below.
The island overlooks the seating area, where a mix of couches and chairs is clustered around a TV. A floor-to-ceiling stone hearth provides a warm, rustic focal point, dividing the seating area from a dining book with a casual table for four. A glass paneled door leads onto a deck with an outdoor dining table for four and a grill for al fresco meals. Adjacent to the deck, you’ll find a hot tub that accommodates at least four.
This upper level also provides three additional bedrooms (one queen and two king beds), all thoughtfully decorated in Colorado rustic-chic. Each includes a new bed, a closet, and dresser. The last bedroom in the hallway is a king-sized bed suite, incorporating a private bath from behind a sliding barn-style door. You’ll enjoy an extended two-sink vanity and a large walk-in shower with stunning herringbone tile behind a gleaming glass panel.
The other two bedrooms on this level may share use of an additional full bath. The large driveway that sweeps around and behind the home provides space for multiple vehicles.

Getting Around: We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.
Other Things to Note: AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in. -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP. -Please note that the indoor fireplaces are not for use due to safety precautions. -Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness. -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area. -The TV's offer streaming services only for guest's to use their subscriptions. Just don't forget to log out! Local channels are available via antenna.

The absolute BEST in CO Springs
The property is spacious, gorgeous, sparkling clean, and fully appointed…and overflowing with king beds and cozy linens! The hot tub is fantastic, the game room is AMAZING, the neighborhood is full of wildlife, and it’s within 10-15 minutes of all the most spectacular hiking…and within 5 minutes of great eats! My family had an incredible time and were made to feel so welcome and totally at home…communication with our host was 100% top notch and I received responses within a few minutes day or night-just unreal…can’t wait to book this property again-thank you SO much for a fabulous Spring break!!

I think this place was The best bang for your buck, even when we weren’t out sightseeing The place offered many activities for us to do. The location couldn’t have been any better was easy access and very close to a Walmart. Also the layout of the house was almost perfect. Highly recommend
