The staff were all fantastic, especially the duty manager, concierge, and porters. Very welcoming and inceredbly helpful and accomodating. The location is excellent and central, within walking distance of a shopping mall, supermarket, and Spa Ceylon. Very comfiotable stay! Thank you very much!

Overpriced for a 5 star hotel, breakfast and dinner very basic. The view advertised on the hotel website of the sea is not realistic due to a high rise being built across from the hotel so there is no view from the pool. The restaurant feels very outdated from a decor perspective. It was also not made clear that this is a dry hotel which is misleading.

Pleasant staff and stay. Limited food options for vegetarians, but I would stay here again. The hotel airport shuttle has to be arranged 72 hours in advance and costs $35 USD OR $60 USD roundtrip. I used the PickMe app for my ride that cost me $34 USD roundtrip (including the 400 LKR for tolls). It’s double the cost if you use the hotel shuttle. Considering the airport is an hour away from the hotel, either price you want to pay is not bad compared to transportation costs to transfer to big cities in the US.

It's a lovely hotel with a wonderful breakfast and amazing staff who all go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfy. A couple of issues were the musty smell in our room and the shower got the floors wet in the bathroom when taking a shower.

I got sick from the restaurant food, and checked out after 2 days - The hotel is not how it looks on pictures, and they promised me a refund for the days I checked out, asked to get an e-mail that they started everything but they didn't. Still waiting for anything from them, they haven't delivered on their promise. Completely terrible service, hotel, food and hotels.com has also been terrible
