The spacious kitchen is fully equipped.
6 single beds in 3 bedrooms are available. The delivery of a 7 bed is possible on request, as well as that of a children's travel bed.

Detailed description of the apartment:
The spacious 4 room apartment has a large loggia (smoking is only allowed here) with a view of a large garden with an old oak stock. Not only does the fully equipped kitchen invite you to cook, the spacious living room with its open beams also offers plenty of space to relax. Equally spacious and open is the "master bedroom" with 2 single beds, which you are welcome to push together. In this room there is a third bed and there is the possibility to set up a children's travel bed by arrangement. The other 4 single beds are in 2 other rooms that are connected with each other. There are spacious wardrobes where you can store your things. There is also a storage room where you can store your suitcases, for example. The bathroom has a longer bathtub than normal and also a spacious shower. Bed linen, shower, hand and tea towels are included. The apartment is equipped with the following items: Living room: satellite TV, DVD player, game console. Kitchen: kettle, toaster, coffee machine, cafissimo machine, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave with grill, dishwasher, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, soap, clothes horse, adding another bed is possible!

Bed linen and hand, shower and tea towels (changed weekly) and soap are included.

Important for long-term bookings: For bookings over 28 days, the apartment is cleaned on Sunday and supplied with fresh bed linen.

Required intermediate cleaning will be charged separately.

The Küppersteg S-Bahn station is 5 minutes away. within walking distance with connection to Cologne and Düsseldorf. Bus stop 100 m away. Shops easily accessible on foot.

Massages can be booked in-house as there is a physiotherapy practice in the house.

There are shopping opportunities nearby and are also within walking distance (Lidl, Netto, Aldi, REWE and EDEKA). The apartment is located on the Reuschenberger Forest, in which there is a forest cemetery and a wildlife park. This invites you to go for a walk or jog. Nearby there is a family-run Croatian (Haus Reuschenberg) and a nice Italian restaurant (Ristorante Il Peperoncino).

Bus lines 203 and 204 leave just around the corner on Mühlenweg. S-Bahn station Küppersteg (5-10 minutes' walk) offers the option of going to Cologne or Düsseldorf. Leverkusen-Mitte station, which can be reached with the two bus lines, has connections via the regional express lines 1 and 5. Opladen station offers the opportunity to get to Wuppertal and Cologne.

The apartment is very suitable for trade fair visitors, since it is located between Düsseldorf and Cologne and both trade fairs can be reached quickly by train. Messe Düsseldorf (S 6 to D´dorf Hbf 30 minutes = 11 stations approx. 30 minutes, then lines U78, U79 and bus 722 in approx. 20 minutes to the exhibition center) and Cologne Trade Fair (S-Bahn 6 stations approx. 18 Minutes) Cologne main station (7 stations approx. 21 minutes) There is a physiotherapy practice in the house under the apartment. Access to the practice is in front of the house.
