Lindner Hotel BayArena

As I said, this was my first visit to the Lindner Hotel. I cannot complain about anything except that we wanted to watch the game the next day but the area around the stadium shuts down so we had to find some parking nearby

Easy check-in, nice clean room, good breakfast with a lot of choice in hot and cold. Very friendly personel. Open bar near the lobby. All you need in a hotel, especially since we needed to be across the road in the Ostermann Arena

The Lindner at BayArena offers basic accommodations. There are twin beds in the room. There is no iron; no clock; no toiletries in the bathroom other than liquid soap and shower cap. No wash cloths are provided. There is a lot of noise from the road traffic, and the rooms are extremely warm. Opening the window means you hear the traffic all night. Try to get a room on a higher level floor, which may be quieter. The restaurant is good, and the hotel is walking distance to additional restaurants. There is a very basic fitness center with one treadmill.

This hotel has large lovely furnitured rooms. Also bathroom is quite large and comfortable. Breakfast is large with a lot of hot and Cold options to choose from and delicious bread. I can only give 4 stars only because their are no coffee nor tea facilities in the room.

I have been guest atLindner BayArena for the last 12 months. In this time I have spent around 120 nights in this hotel. The short message is: between Düsseldorf and Cologne this is simply the best Hotel in terms of what you get for your money. The service is outstanding, quick, friendly, knowledgeable. The location is great unless you REALLY have to stay in Düsseldorf or Cologne directly: Cologne can be reached in about 20 minutes, Düsseldorf in 30 (but TAKE THE TRAIN!!!!!! Travel time via car is about 2x to 4x the duration ;-) ) The options this hotel gives are great as well: the Bar/Restaurant itself ofers a menu that offers good options. The main thing, however, is that these options are always prepared to a high quality. In the time I have spent there i have NEVER had a less-than-great food experience here. The breakfast is great as well: literally all options are provided, if you cannot find it directly, you can order it from the kitchen on short notice. Both the morning and evening staff (they are dedicated) are extremely considerate, remember your preferred choices and generally seem to be a good team. This is my last point, also: compared to other hotels everywhere, the team dynamic is very obvious. The staff is a good mixture of young and experienced staff, management is involved in guest handling, communication between different areas is uncomplicated and quick. Overall: after having to choose other hotels for various reasons, I am very happy and looking forward to returning to Lindner BayArena!

Stayed at the Lindner Hotel BayArena for business meetings. Staff is very service oriented, property very special (part of a Soccer stadium) and colorful Recommended Not much to do around though, Leverkusen is a small city...

I was on the business trip, so this hotel was very convenient for the stay. The spa area is simple, but nice and I was there alone. The bed was comfortable and it was quite. So I would definitely recommend this place.

Comfort Hotel in the Bayer Leverkusen football stadium. It fell down with the cost of the breakfast fixed at €20 even if you wanted a coffee & croissant. Nice bar & restaurant but after a long day on Friday to find both bar & restaurant closed at 9.30pm was quite perplexing. No Night Porter, had to resort to a vending machine for liquids. Reception could not provide any stronger refreshment. Perhaps I got them on the wrong day!

The Lindner hotel/ Bayarena is a very good place to stay. The hotel is part of the soccer stadium and close to an official swimming pool (5min walk or less). Breakfast is excellent as well as restaurant dinner choices. The contains beside a gym a sauna area. Rooms are equipped with TV, phone, coffee maker, mini bar and internet. Only disadvantage is the missing ironing board. Laundry service is provided but moderately high. Staff is very friendly.

We stayed one night between Christmas and New Years so it was quiet and not much going on but the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and a good size, and the breakfast was excellent! We would definitely stay again.
