I stayed for 5 nights for training at Bayer company. One lady in reception was rude and the other prepared the invoice irrespective of my request. She did not listen carefully even though she said ok, then did not prepared the invoice according to what I requested. Breakfast was fine but limited number of cheese. Restaurant and the guys there were good. Rooms were clean but there was no shampoo at the bathroom. When I was resting in my room (even though I put do not disturb label) one maintenance guy entered the room. Moreover, I when i came back earlier, a lady was cleaning the room even though "please do not clean the room" label. My room was untidy and did not need to tidy it since i put that label.Nothing inside the mini bar rather than a bottle of water. It was not free of charge. My college drunk 3 bottles while i did not any and we paid same money. To sum up i do not consider to stay there next time.
The hotel is neat and clean, also very secure. You have to have room key to activate the elevator. If you stay during their football season, you may watch the game. It's good stay and quick access to the train station. Good breakfast and nice view.
The room was very nice and comfortable. The location was very nice being next to the stadium and within a brisk walk to shopping and eating. They have free wifi but it is worth purchasing the high speed internet with the room.
Soundproof rooms and nice spaceous beds provide excellent sleep. Breakfast beats 5* hotel by variety of choice. Kids were delighted to find Movenpick ice-cream and us - smoked salmon tartar. We found this location as a nice but quite budget stay to to drive rented car and fly from Dusseldorf in the morning. Was perfect! The idea itself to place the hotel in the stadium was perfect - architect is great! Decided to come back here once to see the game. There was no family room or even interconnected rooms - had to book 2 rooms for the family oа 2 adults and 2 children. Stuff was so kind to let us in the panorama restaurant to make arena photos early in the morning.
We have stayed a single night at this hotel. Bayer Leverkusen 04 was playing an away match so it was a calm Saturday night. Beds, pillows and other facilities were among the best in an economy room. Windows and curtains provided perfect soundproofing and darkness when needed. Cleaning and tidyness was top shelf. Staff was pretty young yet very motivated. Breakfast was open buffet and was served in a long time interval. Which allowed us to enjoy various snacks with many coffee and hot chocolate options to taste. Leverkusen is a nice stop right in the middle of Köln/Bonn and Düsseldorf cities where you would have to pay more for accomodation as well as city tax which was not applied in Leverkusen. So for the budget watchers, the location makes sense itself. On our way back to Dusseldorf Airport we found it wonderful to walk down to the central station (Leverkusen Mitte) in 15 mins, covering most of the distance along a nice little river. It is worth to mention that there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel/stadium as well. What further facilitated our access to the airport was the direct train available from Leverkusen Mitte. Departing almost every half an hour, it only took 23 mins to reach Düsseldorf Airport. All in all we highly advise this top quality city hotel to anyone visiting this region.
Dear Sirs, I have already stayed at your hotel several times. Unfortunately your location is very bad side by side with the motorway and the room´s insulation is it’s not good. All the times I have stayed there was some staff flexibility to find at least an acceptable room but the last it took me more than half an hour to find it because the staff receptivity it wasn’t the appreciated one. Taking all this in consideration, I am very disappointed and I have decided to avoid your hotel for my next stays at Leverkusen/Köln area.
Very nice hotel. Very interesting when you want to see a football-match of Bayer Leverkusen. Nice room Excellent breakfast Train-station nearby (if you want to go to Köln or Düsseldorf) (only 8 euro)!
I stayed in this hotel several times in the last couple of years. The place is not luxurious, but still nice and cozy. Very convenient restaurant located on the ground floor. Food is ok. Last year, the internet connection was very poor, but it is significantly improved, and I did not have any problems with the connection anywhere in the hotel. Unfortunately, there is no easy access to public transportation there, so taxi is transport #1 to use.
This hotel is located far from the city centre of Leverkusen. It is ideal if you plan your activities around that area. The rooms are clean, but could get noisy if you get a room in the 5th floor... go for the 1st floor! Breakfast is excellent: a full variety of stuff, even ice creams! The restaurant is very good... food was delicious and the offer of drinks is large. Personnel is professional with the exception of a few ladies that were sometimes at the reception... I would fire them and get motivated people. There is parking lot which charges 10EUR per day... it should be for free for hotel guests... The hotel has a sauna and a very small fitness room, which are OK. It is annoying to take the lift to even go to the 1st floor... I guess it is due to security measures...anyway...overall, I enjoyed my time there (1 week).
Practical choice in Leverkusen, nothing too special. Decor solid, without being exciting nor offensive. Location: in Bayarena, good for business in Leverkusen - not really anything else Rooms: practical, with all what was needed. Room was looking out over motorway, so no way to open window. Windows were soundproof - so no problem Food: Breakfast buffet was good with broad range of choice (hot/cold). Arrived late after 10 pm there was really no food more available, somewhat disappointing.
