I had an apartment, consisting of a living room, bedroom, bathroom. Nice and comfy, clean, very nice people at the reception. I had breakfast from the buffet, it was simply excellent, everything you could wish for, several kinds of bread, ham, jam, fruits, eggs, juices, cooked breakfast etc.
my room was very small but beautiful and spotless. Comfy bed. A/C unlike many places in Germany. Stylish design throughout but many 50‘s vintage quirks. Friendly staff. Did not try bar or breakfast. Recommended.
Stayed here in 2014 for almost one month. The rooms are very nice decorated and clean. Helpfull staff and ready to help in any situation. Very good and diverified breakfast even for longer stays 😊 . Wi-fi connection is great and you can use it without bad surprises. Another good point is the location - few metres from pedestrian area. Enjoy!
We stayed here in April 2016 for a long weekend. The Hotel is really modern and has a cool bar. Be careful as the pay TV includes all channels so if staying with kids ensure you won't let them flick through
Small hotel, but good service and perfect city centre location yet in a quiet (fairly) street. Small bar, nice basic but comfy rooms. Shower, safe and telly. Got a great deal here. Reception man very polite and professional but friendly. No dinner restaurant but plenty local options. Breakfast available. Would recommend for an overnight or two. If you want a quiet hotel with good facilities and city centre on doorstep then choose here. Interesting James Bond theme throughout - adds a touch of class! Recommended.
I really, really will miss this place! Fun, cosy and functional with tasty breakfasts and literally one minute from the train station. What more do I need? I need a great location, here it is. The Kölner Dom is some 10 minutes away, the Central Station 11, all the big/posh shopping malls (Galerie & Karstadt) are also near. The staff are all very friendly and competent. Will recommend this place to colleagues.
I stayed only for one night during a very busy week in Cologne! Prices were outraged, not to blame hotel but the demand! Fine, quiet single room on a top floor, good wifi signal, clean rooms and a hotel and fine reception service. Easy checking! I can recommend this place, but next time away from the date when dental congress that filled up all hotels in Cologne!
Stayed here one night for Xmas markets. Fantastic location, right in centre yet on a fairly quiet side street. Supermarket right next door and car park. Give ticket to reception and it's only 10 Euros for overnight park. Room has most things you need. But no tea coffee facilities nor safe. Nice wee bar downstairs and friendly staff.
I had a short stay for a night Little economy room It was clean but was on weekend a lot of noise outside cause it s in the center near the bars and restaurant Breakfast was nice a lot of choice Personal kindly
Even booking 5 months ahead for DMEXCO, this was the best we could do in Cologne. A ridiculous mark up surely on the normal rack rate. Tiny room on 6th floor, open shelves, small bed (2 x singles), tight bathroom. Clean yes but in no way somewhere you'd opt to spend any time. Breakfast very basic. Staff friendly enough but no one was here for the hotel - that said €500 a night was day-light robbery for this level of hotel. I'll have to book Cologne even earlier for next year!
