In the heart of downtown Colmar, stay in a 58m² cocoon with a hot tub just for you, for a weekend, one night or 2, come and relax for a moment at the Hansi apartment.

This apartment has a bedroom with a double bed complemented by a workspace a large living room with a corner sofa and a fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, classic Nespresso coffee maker). The bathroom consists of a shower a double sink and a hot tub The toilets are separate from the bathroom.



So that you can fully enjoy your stay, you will have bathrobes, slippers, and Rituals toiletries upon arrival.

A bottle of crémant will be waiting for you chilled, and unbreakable flutes will be at your disposal if you wish to enjoy these bubbles in your hot tub.



The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator.



The entire apartment will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you to the best of our ability during your stay:

cleaning will be done,

the bed will be made with clean sheets,

clean towels will be available to you as well as bath mats and a kitchen towel

free WIFI connection



You can optionally reserve a private parking space in the basement of the building or nearby



House rule:



Animals are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.



This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of 250€ in additional cleaning fees.



Parties are not allowed. During your stay, you are asked to respect the neighborhood.



Bed and bath linens as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linens, a general cleaning of the apartment and bathroom facilities.

However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a "complete cleaning" supplement for the apartment for 50€ before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning penalties of 100€ will be charged to you.



For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, a complete cleaning, during the stay, with changing of household linen is included in the rate, with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day of the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email before your arrival, and will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.



For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a "mid-stay cleaning" option before the stay, always excluding the equipped kitchen and dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.



A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking through the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.
