Excellent stay! Room was clean and bed was very comfortable!

We loved the Location to visit our Daughter at A&M. However, the beds were horrible. The bed actually had a dip in it. It looked as of the room was refreshed but the beds were not upgrated. Horrible sleeping experience and with the amount we payed was very dissapointing. Will not stay there again

Hotel was in a prime location for CS. The staff was very friendly and helped us change our room to a double bed the second night. Thanks for that! Clean, well decorated, nice bathrooms, lobby with hot coffee and cookies throughout the day. Only room for improvement would be to prepare better for complimentary breakfast. First morning we did not eat because of our run. The second morning we arrived to the breakfast area at 8 am, the food was out minus a few items and there were no available seats. There was a very large group staying at the hotel, but it would have been nice for them to plan ahead for this. We were told they were out of yogurt and fruit because the truck did not deliver until tomorrow. Not the end of the world, but something to consider for management. We loved that the linens were cleaned with each use including the top cover. They had multiple pillows to choose from. We walked to the Dixie Chicken for beers and food afterward, about a mile away from the hotel. Would stay here again. Thanks for the great experience.

The bathroom was a little cramped. Barely room to use the bathroom and close the door at the same time.

It has a at home luxury feel and style. Staff is very friendly and makes sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The only thing I didn't Care for is the thin walls but other than that, this is a hotel I would stay in and come back to and definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great Shuttle Service with friendly drivers. Good breakfast with lots of healthy options. Staff quick to help, answer questions and were personable. I used the exercise room several times. Only problem was a broken window shade that we kept forgetting to tell staff about. If our child ends up at Texas A&M we will surely be staying again, especially because of the shuttle service that took us to all our destinations. (Only other issue is the city needs to install better sidewalks in that area.)

Customer service was awesome! and was a great hotel!

Enjoyable stay and experience. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

I enjoyed everything about our stay but the room. First of all the room was as far away from the front of the building and elevator as you could get. 4th floor all the way to the end of the hall. Second the room was a smoking room. The staff was great! Very friendly even in the midst of a frenzy of check in's. I would stay here again just not ever in a smoking room or near one.

Hampton Inn is always a treat to stay in. College station did not disappoint. Close to Texas A&M, restaurants, super friendly staff. Oh, and fresh cookies and coffee. Loved that.

STAFF ATTENTIVE TO DETAILS AND VERY CONSIDERATE WHEN ASKING QUESTIONS

Staff was very friendly. Lots of people walking the halls something like a college dorm. Hotel shows its age, but feels like an old comfortable shoe. I would stay here again, but the price gets jacked up during college events. Breakfast was extra good.

Short trip. Hampton Inn was fine. Clean and decent location. I thought the price was possibly higher than it should be based on level of accomodations but it was a busy weekend on the A&M campus and I am sure rooms were priced at a premium.

Great experience. Great staff and perks. A little pricey for a king bed room. Appears rate increase for college football game.

they have a game shuttle, but it's close enough to walk anyway. Overpriced for gamedays, but I guess that's expected.

Quiet, clean, room ready on time, very good complimentary breakfast, vey close to TAMU, cheerful staff.

attended an orientation with our daughter. The room had a peculiar odor but didn't bother us once we were in the room, but we noticed each time we entered. The ice makers were broken on two of the floors. The staff was very helpful! Recommended eating areas and friendly.

It was clean, very nice staff.

Stayed on Saturday night following A&M Football game. Great location. Hotel was clean and front desk personnnel were professional. My only complaint was that we books a double non-smoking room but when we got there they said they only had a double smoking room. We had to change to a king non-smoking which was a little tight for our family but we made it work. This is the second time we have stayed at this location and have been very pleased.

Upon checkin the entire front desk, breakfast area was "under construction". It was noisy and dirty as is typical during construction. We were placed on first floor and the dust from the construction was terrible for allergies. Although we checked in on a Monday and left on a Wednesday, housekeeping did not even clean our room. We booked our reservation several weeks prior to arriving, the hotel SHOULD have contacted us to inform us of this huge construction project.
