The house was small but had a great view of the bay. The beds were comfortable. The showers and bathrooms were very good. The kitchen could use a small dishwasher. There were a lot of live and dead insects and spiders in the house which made our stay less desirable.

Great beach house, even better than photos!

Really enjoyed the stay here, very close to Burlington and a great lake escape. The beach is much bigger and nicer than expected, and use of paddleboards and kayak made for a really fun place to stay. Plenty of space, clean, and tons of outdoor areas to relax in. Recommend!

Wonderful home looking over the water

Great location to the sights of Vermont. Spacious home for 4 adults. Everyone had their own bedroom. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen is small but fine to make adequate meals. But for us , we like to do takeouts when on vacation. This home is on the water, making great views. Too much sea grass to get over to swim but there are kayaks to enjoy.

Colchester

House is clean and as described. The road is very busy, and the only outdoor space is the deck and the beach. While there are 5 bedrooms, the living space is not adequate for large groups—the dining table needs to be wedged into the corner in order for the door to open and the kitchen is tiny. Stephanie was very responsive and nice to work with. Views are stunning.
