Excellent staff service. The employees were always available. Executive suite was spacious. Please ensure no spiders in the room. They were tiny but scary.

A pleasant stay

The property was clean, light, bright, and comfortable. The staff was attentive, pleasant and polite at all times. I value their efficiency in getting a taxi for me to arrive at the hotel. They expeditiously assisted when it came to ordering breakfast from an off-site restaurant. I stayed in the executive suite for three nights, and would like to encourage the hotel management team to always offer soap, toilet tissue, tea and coffee to guests. The rooms are large and airy. The bed was comfortable and clean. It came as a surprise when the staff took the Air Conditioning remote out of my room. All rooms should have access to AC. It must not be presented as an option. Overall, the stay was good and it is a wise choice for those who wish to be close to the airport in Coimbatore. Thank you.

You get what you pay for. It is under new management and as per the staffs they are working on improving everything they could.
