A great view!

We spent a wonderful week in the house. The setup was a good fit for 8 people. The patio is beautiful with a great sea and Mountain view. The house is well kept and check in and out was friendly and super easy.

Beautiful view

We stayed for a week and enjoyed every evening we spent in the villa. The view from the terrace is probably the best you can get in the area. During our vacation the contact with the hosts was very easy and they catered to our needs as quick as possible. Both Genova and Cinque Terre are about 45 minutes away by car and make for a nice trip, so overall 10/10 would stay again.

The house offers great potential and have a truly magical view. The road leading up to the property is somewhat dramatic, but one quickly gets used to it - and the views along the way are absolutely breathtaking. We had some small issues during our stay but the owner and onsite staff were very accommodating, and the issues that arose were promptly addressed.Overall, we spent two wonderful weeks at the house.

Bella villa

Smooth check-in and check-out to the residence. Good communication with the landlord, friendly. Nice pool where the children swam all the time and the adults too. Good barbecue facilities and pizza oven which we took advantage of. Good, fully equipped kitchen. Lovely surroundings and large plot, beautiful view. Good parking for the cars on the plot. Perfect accommodation for big family (we were seven).

A villa with a view

This little villa on top of the hill has breathtaking views, cool breezes and a perfect plunge pool. There are great spaces to gather a group or have some private time. We loved cooking in the outside pizza oven area. It’s a windy drive but with it. Bravo! Ciao.

Delighted about the house, the view, the service, very nice experience at the levante coast

We stayed with our family in the week of 2 sept 2023 and we would absolutely want to come back to this house and this place next summer. The house is clean and well equiped as described, with enough space for a small group. The terraces are very nice with a breath taking view over Chiavari & Lavagna and the medit. sea. You could look all evening to the sunset over Portofino just from the side of the pool. One minor point: staying one week is not enough. ;-) Friendly welcoming and great service is arranged by the owner in case one has questions. Always fast response and very helpfull!

House with a spectaculair sea-view

The house was beautifull and it has enough space for multiple people. There is a lot of outside space, with a lovely small-swimmingpool and cold shower to enjoy during hot days. The view is unique with the sea infront of you and Portofino in the distance. Our dog was able to walk around free, because the entire garden is fenced. Chiavari, the city that is close to the house, is a lovely hidden treasure that you should visit. To have the spectaculair sea-view, there is a daring drive up the hill, but you get used to it, and it’s worth the view from the house you get. The service around te house is very friendly and helpfull when you’re in need of something. All in all: we had a lovely Italian summer in ‘Il Cin’.

- Alle Bilder entsprechen dem aktuellen Stand.- Man bucht die Unterkunft wegen dem Ausblick und der Ruhe, deshalb ist eine verlängerte Anfahrt aus der Stadt selbstverständlich.- Fahrzeit 10 min in die Stadt, enge Serpentinen, aber für normale Autofahrer kein Problem (!).- ... wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und haben uns täglich über den Ausblick erfreut.

Der Aufenthalt ist sehr angenehm. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind, wie der gesamte Komplex, einfach perfekt. Einzig die Auffahrt auf den Monte San Giacomo ist ab und zu ein wenig abenteuerlich. Alles in allem ein wunderschönes Objekt in bester Lage mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, aber auch vielen Rückzugsorten sollte manmal eine Auszeit brauchen.

Wir (2 Familien) haben zwei schöne Wochen in The Cin verbracht. Das Haus hatte alles, was in Küche u Haushalt benötigt wird. Der Ausblick war spitze und auch bei nicht so gutem Wetter aus dem Wintergarten zu genießen. Die Gastgeber haben immer wieder nachgefragt, ob sie etwas für uns tun können. Einzig die Auffahrt ist nervenaufreibend, da sehr eng und steil. Je höher u länger das Auto, desto kniffliger!

Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Wochen in the Cin verbracht. Bei durchgehend gutem und nicht zu heißem Wetter, konnten wir das tolle Grundstück und den kleinen Pool gut nutzen. Die Aussicht ist Abend für Abend grandios! Unbedingt ein Fernglas mitbringen! Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Was man etwas berücksichtigten muss, ist die Fahrt zum Haus über teilweise sehr enge Serpentinen. Der Treff vor Ort am Euronics in SanSalvatore war unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und die kleine Rundführung und Einweisung am Ziel perfekt. Als Urlaubsauto sollte man max. mit 5m Auto ankommen, da man ansonsten oben nicht wenden kann. Unser Fahrzeug mit 4,98m (ähnlich VW Bus T6) dürfte das Maximum sein, was auf der kleinen Einfahrtsfläche am Berg noch zu drehen ist ... vorwärts in den Weg zum Haus rein fahren und rückwärts um den Baum wenden. Wenn man es drei Mal gemacht hat ist es einfach. Vielen Dank auch an den netten Nachbarn Mattia, der uns zwei Mal aus der Patsche helfen konnte. Ich empfehle den Pizzaofen zu nutzen, meine erste selbst gebackene Steinofen Pizza war sehr lecker und macht Lust auf mehr.Ausflüge empfehlen sich in die Berge, an einen der Stände und unbedingt nach CiqueTerre! Mit dem Auto bis Lavento fahren und dort am Bahnhof oder am Strand parken, CinqueTerre Eintritt im Bahnhof kaufen und mit der Bahn zu den fünf bezaubernden Orten fahren.

Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben 2 schöne Wochen in the Cin verbracht. Bei durchgehend gutem Wetter, konnten wir das tolle Grundstück und den kleinen Pool nutzen. Die Aussicht ist grandios! Die Einrichtung ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber zweckmäßig.Was man wirklich berücksichtigten muss, ist die Fahrt zum Haus über teilweise sehr enge Straßen/Serpentinen. Bei Gegenverkehr kommt man ganz schön ins Schwitzen!

"Mein Sehnsuchtsort"

Der Urlaub fing mit zwei wunderbaren Tagen an, Ende Oktober nich 25°C. Da ging es ab zum Strand... Unser Haus,mit den tollen Terassen war für uns,für die paar Tage ganz toll. Was wir alle feststellen mussten, dass einige Dingedie Jahre gekommen ist.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit phantastischer Aussicht

Das sehr saubere Haus erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen. Es steht auf einem ausserordentlich grossen Grundstück mit einer phänomenalen Aussicht. Der Gastgeber und sein Verwalter haben sich sehr um uns bemüht.Einzig die Zufahrt ist mit einem grossen Auto recht schwierig.

Total schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Cogorno sehr genossen. Das Haus bot für sechs Personen genug Freiraum und Entspannungsmöglichkeiten. Die Aussicht ist einzigartig. Das Haus war vollkommen super ausgestattet und hatte alle notwendigen Details, um dort zwei Wochen zu verbringen. Das Haus ist etwas rustikal. Den einzigen Punkt, den man bedenken muss, es ist sehr weit oben auf einem Berg und unser Auto hatte nicht genügend PS, um die letzten Meter hochzukommen. Jedoch gab es auch dafür direkt eine super Lösung. Gerne wieder :)

Tolles Haus mit großartigem Meerblick

Wir waren im August in dem Haus mit unseren 2 erwachsenen Kindern und hatten dort eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet und sauber. Es verfügt über einen kleinen Pool mit Außendusche, Wintergarten, Tischtennisplatte und Außenpizzaofen, was wir alles rege und gerne genutzt haben. Allein der Meerblick morgens und abends auf der großen Terrasse ist die Reise wert. Lediglich in den Zimmern des Obergeschosses haben unsere Kinder gelegentlich eine Klimaanlage vermisst. Das Objekt wird sehr gut und freundlich von Ksenja und Mattia betreut und wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Wir haben 14 Tage in diesem netten Kleinod verbringen dürfen. Der check in war ebenso wie der check out völlig problemlos. Der Anfahrtsweg ist hier schon mehrfach beschrieben worden, wenn man den Weg mehrfach gefahren ist, ist es nicht mehr so aufregend:-) Die Aussicht zum Meer und über Cogorno und die Bucht von Portofino vor allem am Abend beleuchtet war spektakulär. Im Haus selbst fehlte es an nichts, jedoch müsste einiges erneuert/ renoviert werden. Sehr hilfsbereit war unser Nachbar Matteo, als wir uns abends aussperrten. Unterm Strich würden wir dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wunderbares Haus

Schönes Haus in toller Aussichtslage. Wer italienische Zufahrtsstraßen kennt, kommt auch mit dem Weg zum Haus gut zurecht. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Raffaele war wunderbar. Vielen Dank auch an Skenja und Matteo. Leider war das Wetter ein wenig unbeständig. Der Aufenthalt war dennoch sehr schön. Mille Grazie👍❤️
