Local getaway
Three couples stayed here for a wedding. The property was clean and well maintained. The house was super cozy and nice. Short drive to downtown and check in and check out was easy. Would totally recommend staying here again.

Beautiful property
Family really enjoyed this gorgeous property. It was very well appointed and clean. Kitchen had ample cooking items if you choose to make a meal. Location is perfect and close to walking trails and park. I highly recommend this property. Thanks Kevin for all your help.

Family time in CDA
This home was very comfortable for our family needs. It was clean, nicely appointed, conveniently located. The two bedrooms upstairs with a bath and the one king bedroom downstairs with bath created a perfect separation for family and kids. We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful Home in Very Nice Area
I would like to give a 5 star, but this home does have some maintenance issues. Nothing big. Just annoying. Loose toilet paper holders, dead batteries in fireplace remote, outside garage door entry code panel wouldn’t work, garage door wouldn’t close all the way (we had to unhook and then hook up again), barn door hardware loose in kitchen area, lights flickering bad in master bath until we dimmed it some. Supply issues were no hand towel in quest bath and no extra ones to put there. No kleenex in master bath or bath upstairs. We went to store and bought some. Not enough wash cloths for 5 people. We did get a fairly quick response on the supply issues. We were too busy to deal with the other maintenance issues. Hopefully, they will fix these things soon.

Awesome host - wonderful house!
This house was relaxing and perfectly located! Close to riverside trail and Riverstone park. Walking distance to Starbucks, McDonalds, Red Robin, and other shopping. Centrally located to Coeur d’Alene, Spokane Falls, Hayden, and pumpkin patches in Greenbluff.
We had the best time and really loved this house and all the amenities! Highly recommend this house and the host, Kevan! He was quick to answer all our questions and provided lots of great suggestions for our stay! 😊

Amazing stay
This house was perfect for our family of five. It was beautifully decorated and neat. The sitting area around the fire was the perfect gathering place, and the carpeted upstairs bonus area provided a space for our kids and baby to safely play and explore. So much storage! It truly felt like home. We also loved taking walks down to the riverfront. Atlas Waterfront park was just a 10 minute walk and a gorgeous place for the kids to play. Not to mention that the walking/running trail around the lake picks up right by the park as well. If you want to go to downtown Coeur d'Alene or the lake its only about 7 minutes away! The host was very attentive and responsive. You will not regret this booking!
