Located on the 3rd floor, this corner unit has the best view of the river and surrounding mountains.
Conveniently located, enjoy a short 3-minute walk to Starbucks, movie theaters, shopping and many restaurants. Also, the Centennial Trail is steps away; walk or ride your bike to City Beach, the Marina, the Resort or downtown. The condo is professionally decorated with all new furnishings, appliances and tasteful decor -- not your typical vacation rental! Condo has one bedroom with king-size bed and one bath. There is a contemporary fireplace in the living room for the winter and air conditioning and ceiling fans for the summer.
