Take a run on the beach or use the community exercise facility. Play tennis on the community courts. Spend part of the day exploring shops and restaurants on foot or rent a fun electric scooter! End your day on the balcony with breathtaking sunsets over the Banana River.

Spacious living room opens on to balcony that provides views of both the ocean and the river. Large master suite with king sized bed, tv, walk-in closet and walk-in shower. Split bedroom floor plan. Second bedroom has two twin size beds. Washer and dryer in unit for added convenience!
