Terrific duplex townhouse equipped with all the beach stuff you need. 7min walk to the nearest beach and 15min walk to downtown. Comfortable bedrooms for adults and bunkbed in the 3rd. Modern kitchen.Property management is responsive and helpful.

Comfortable, convenient, and communicative!
We enjoyed our stay very much and would happily return if in the area again. The house was clean, high quality and comfortable furniture, beautiful kitchen, kind and quiet neighbors, and many nearby fun restaurants and activities. When a couple of unforeseen issues came up, we were able to reach the contact immediately and things were taken care of in a very prompt and satisfactory manner. In the many experiences our family has had with vacation rentals, this one was the most bang for our buck. We appreciated the many extra amenities including a pack and play, phone chargers, beach towels, a wagon, beach umbrella, sand toys and more. We watched our 1.5 year old very closely with the steps that could not be gated due to unique design, and would have been even more pleasantly surprised if a high chair or plastic kid-friendly dishes were available. Overall it was a very family friendly place to stay!We appreciated the very short walk to the beach (very quick and doable even with our young children- less than 10 minutes). A short walk north through the beautiful neighborhood to the river canals provided sightings of alligator and manatees- very exciting! The beach entrance along 4th St has public parking spots (with a fee) and we found the beach to be very family friendly and clean with great soft sand and many shells. I highly recommend this beautiful rental!
