Condo completely remodeled and has everything you need for your perfect beach getaway. Located on the beach and within walking distances to all the local favorite cafes, boutiques, surf shops and more. Cocoa Beach Library is also across the street offers an incredible DVD rental selections for those raining days or movie night.

Lovely surprise

The condo was so well appointed. I really could have left many if the extras we drove down from MA. It took me a couple of days to find my way around the area but once we ventured out it was quite convenient

Wonderful stay

We stayed in this unit for 3 and a half months. It was our winter getaway. Unit was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a home away from home. Building was quiet and very friendly. Location was perfect, steps to a beautiful beach and easy walk to restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!
