The room was so nice, the bed so comfy and the owners had great communication! There’s plenty of towels, I wish there were better beach chairs but the towels were great so it was fine other than that would overall stay here again

This was a great find. Owners were extremely responsive to any questions. Details of rules and expectations were laid out well. Condo was clean, cute and looked just like the pictures. If available when we are back to the area in the future we would definitely book again.

Very comfortable, plenty of extras in kitchen, bath and bedroom, felt very much like staying with a family friend. Quiet sleep, easy walk to the beach, restaurants and groceries close by. Easy drive to Kennedy Space Center. Host responded quickly to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo was perfect for the 2 of us and was just a short walk to the beach. Convenient walking to Tiny Bar and Fish Camp. The space behind the building was great for sitting in the sun on windy nit so hot days. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed.

Romm was exactly as stated, 2 min walk from a beautiful beach. Room was very clean. Everything we needed was there. Owner and manager went above and beyond when i ran into a little problem. Recommed this spot to anyone. We will be back. Very happy!!

The condo was a perfect size for the 3 of us. Beach access was amazing! The location was very close to several great restaurants and the port for our cruise. It was very clean.

Great location and wonderful long weekend stay

Our stay was wonderful, house was very clean. They had a closet full of beach toys and chairs, kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware we could have needed. Would absolutely stay there again.

We had a great stay at this beach condo. Our family of four had plenty of space and the setup was perfect for traveling with small kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plates, cups, bowls, and even a microwave, which made meals easy. The beach shovels were a big hit with the kids, and the king bed plus cot were both comfortable and exactly what we needed. Overall, a solid stay and a convenient spot for a family beach trip.

Property was clean and host responded quickly to any communication. Very much appreciated having beach towels and beach chairs, our stay was just a few days and traveling with only backpacks. Easy access to beach. Easy parking. I would stay here again.

Our condo was great. Everything was clean, well decorated, well equipped, in good shape, and comfortable. We had to have a last minute trip for a short stay to see family - the host was accommodating and the price was very reasonable.

My daughter and I took a quick trip to Cocoa Beach to visit family and escape the cold, wet NY spring. What a wonderful find this condo was! Immediately upon opening the door, we could smell how fresh and clean it was. We had everything we could have possibly need during our 4 night stay. The kitchen is stocked, there are beach towels, chairs, a cooler, a beach blanket and more! It is located literally steps away from the beach. We got up early each morning and watched the sunrise. One day we caught a Disney cruise ship sailing by. Our last morning we were lucky enough to catch a 6:00am rocket launch. The beach is nice and quiet, but if you want more action you can take a 15 minute walk (or 2 minute drive)along the shore to the Pier. It was just perfect in every way!! This condo will be our first choice when we return to the area.
