Up to five people can stay in comfort with a king bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite & TV), two twins in the guest bedroom and only a queen air mattress in the living room. The south-facing balcony offers the southern exposure that brings the sunlight in through big windows.

We've got your vacation needs covered with all the basics you need including linens, towels, a full kitchen, free parking, free wifi and your own in-unit washer/dryer so you can dry those towels between expeditions to the beach or pool. You don't even need to bring your own beach toys! We had a side view of the ocean, but right on the beach which was awesome! Place was clean and had everything from beach chairs, towels, and even a boogie board. The roof top area had chairs and tables and a fantastic view! The only thing I would change is to have more comfortable furniture in the living room, it felt like a waiting room. But Great location! Would stay here again.Zareh with Happy Palms Stays was wonderful and very attentive!

Great Place for a Family Vacation

Was able to host a relaxing family vacation. Location wise, it doesn’t get any better. Roof deck was a great amenity as we took in the sunrise and sunset from there and the beach. Would recommend this location for any one visiting cocoa beach and I would definitely come again.

Very clean and well decorated. Perfect location right on the beach and very close to the pier. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient after a day at the beach. We were thankful for the outdoor shower when you reenter the pool from the beach to wash off all the sand.
