This host was very accommodating to our needs. All amenities; bbq, appliances, beach cart and accessories, comfortable beds, mutiple TVs, and a huge amount of towels!

WONDERFUL stay

We stayed here for a family wedding and it could not have been more perfect. The layout of the house is wonderful. Everything was so clean. The neighborhood is lovely and conveniently close to everything. There were two sitting areas outside which we all enjoyed everyday. Could not have asked for a better stay and would definitely stay here again!

PROS Great location( 1/2 block to beach), spacious house, easy check in. Beds were comfortable.CONS: House was left unlocked when we arrived. One bed was not fully made when we arrived. When communicated with host there was no reply. Yard was messy

Lots of rooms near the beach

It is a great space for a big group except it only has 2 bathrooms and no bathtub. The master bedroom does not have its own bathroom. We loved having so many beds and bedrooms only walking distance to the beautiful beach. The house was basically clean and the management company was very easy to work with. The house was too basic to give 5 stars. I know how hard some hosts try to have all the basic needs covered and then add so many little extras to make for a wonderful vacation. It could be 5 star vacation home with the addition of just some basics like some kind of condiments... like salt and pepper...there is nothing in the kitchen to use while cooking. The back yard is huge and empty. It is perfect for a fire pit, a lounge chair or two for people to sit and relax or a small pool. There is a garage that would be perfect for a game room. The house had some beach towels and 2 small beach chairs. Other rental properties in the area that we saw supply bicycles, beach carts, surfboards, beach toys, umbrellas and chairs. We were told it only had what other people have left so we had to come prepared. This house is in a great location to go see a launch or for a day at the beach but it needs some amenities to be a 5 star vacation home.
