Charming getaway in Cocoa Beach

**Escape to Paradise:** Enjoy a tropical oasis in this stunning Florida home. Relax by the pool, soak in the spa, or lounge on the patio. Perfect for families or couples seeking a peaceful getaway. Book your dream vacation today! Only 200 steps to the beach and 4 blocks from the main street of Cocoa Beach.

This is a 1 story 3 bedroom 2 bath home and has a swimming pool, nice fenced in yard. We use hypoallergenic laundry detergent on all the sheets and towels. The stove, hot water heater, and spa all run off of a gas propane tank. Because the Spa uses most of the propane tank there is a $30 fee per day to heat the Spa. Spa does not operate between the hours of 11pm and 6am for quiet hours.

This home is conveniently located just 4 blocks away from Cocoa Beach main street, where many fun restaurants and cute shops are located. This home is also conveniently located within walking distance to the beach!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard. Housekeeping is available on request.
