The Space: Located up a short flight of stairs on the second floor of our 8-unit "aparthotel," Unit G includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a sleek bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent the door. The common areas offer plenty of sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like an underwater-themed artist mural, emerald granite countertops, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area you'll find a reclining couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the inviting kitchen is fully stocked, with bar-style seating for four. The Neighborhood: 400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit "aparthotel" located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you'll be in perfect proximity to ocean - think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around!
Getting Around: Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area. Downtown area is within walking distance.

This rental is pet friendly and was not cleaned prior to our arrival. There was a flea infestation. We had to leave the unit.. There was no communication from the rental manager Riley but we received a phone call from Stuart who told us we would be reimbursed but unfortunately we were not. This was an awful experience.

Great property for a short stay. The beach is across the street. Although pet friendly, the beach is only pet friendly for certain hours but it worked out. Neighborhood is safe and unit was clean. Communication with host was good.. only complaint was Wi-Fi kept going in and out and was slow.

As described , clean , pet friendly ! The beach is a few steps away and allows dogs!
On our arrival the front door would not open with code provided , attempted to call Managment company several times … turned out the issue was not the code but the door itself … it needed to be pushed in for the door latch to work … this situation was self resolved … call to Managment company went unanswered .
Saying that loved the property, the location, the beach and believe this is a rare oversight by the Managment company
