Renee was a fantastic host. She had the property in great shape. Everything I needed was available. The coffee shops and eateries within walking distance were extremely enjoyable. I recommend the Juice-N-Java to start your day. The Cosmic tiki bar, which is located between the beach and the house, mixes a mean margarita. Great old school video games too. The kind I grew up on. All in all A.

This house is exactly as described! Check in and check out processes were super easy. The host is quick to respond to any questions. The location is perfect - just a three minute walk over to the beach. We loved that they provided beach chairs and umbrella and small coolers for use to make beach days even more convenient. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, and more within walking distance. We never used the car one we arrived! We will definitely stay here again if it’s available next time we’re in the area!

Wonderful stay!

We visited in March and had a wondeful time. The house is in walking distance to nightlife, restaurants, and of course the beach! Check- in was a breeze and had great communication with the host. I would recommend this house, and Cocoa Beach, to anyone.

The place was clean and quaint. Close to the beach. Any problems were not the fault of the owner. There was a lot of traffic noise and noise coming from a nearby bar Saturday night. It was a good place for my adult children and my husband and me to rest after a grueling day taking care of family business.
