The pool can be heated for an additional $75 per night

Pets are allowed: There is a one time $150 pet fee. $50 per additional pet. Please inquire with host before booking with multiple pets.

Please note that this property is located in the desert. We have a professional pest control service that services the home regularly. However, the open setting of the home may allow desert critters or flying bugs to be present at the property and in the pool. Please understand that this is the nature of the region, and out of our control. If you encounter any of our desert dwellers during your stay, please reach out and we will try our best to remedy the situation.

While our home is cleaned regularly before and after each guest, this desert region is know for natural dust storms and strong winds from time to time. These winds may carry sand that may collect in the yard, and pool overnight.
