A short 35-40 minute drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around. Be sure to visit the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for.
Guest Access: A QR code will be issued to whomever is financially responsible for the reservation and to be scanned when entering and exiting complex. Please ensure to send your email address and phone number in order to receive the QR code to access community, otherwise, we will utilize contact information from reservation.
Other Things to Note: - No parties or loud music. - All noise must be contained after 9PM and not before 8AM. There are some full time residents that will call the police after and or before the cut off time slot. We respectfully ask that all guests practice common courtesy during the quiet hours of 9PM -8AM. -For Security purposes, HOA has asked that we have your vehicle ID, Make, year, color and license plate number/State. If you're renting a car, you can provide this information once you have it. All information can be provided to guest services. - On the 15th of each month there will be a street sweeper cleaning all streets. Parking is not permitted on streets, so ensure all vehicles are parked in garage or on side of unit.
