Clean. Good breakfast. Good value flr travellers.

Only said one night. Clean room. Friendly staff. There is an issue with birds, watch where you park.

Nice hotel friendly staff and clean establishment.

It was a nice warm clean place to spend a night. No complaints at all.

It was great experience and plan to stay again my stay there is really comfortable

Nice hotel just FYI it's close to a train track and there were alot of trains going by :( Hard for me to sleep

We had a very nice, relaxing 5 day stay here. The room is very clean, there was a varied breakfast buffet daily, and the staff friendly and efficient. There is train noise in the rooms, but with the fan running and my own personal noise machine we slept well.

Friendly staff and wonderful accommodations! We will certainly stay here on future trips.

The room was fresh and clean; the beds were very comfortable; the breakfast was great and the coffee was wonderful. They even had cookies available every evening. The staff was very helpful and accomodating.

We were extremely impressed with the rooms. The bedding is amazing - you don't want to leave your room, you just want to stay in bed! The bathrooms are tastefully decorated as is the room. You wouldn't think you were in a hotel room - everything is very modern and clean. We had an issue with the night manager. After calling the hotel and being assured that a roll-away bed was not a problem, we drove for 8.5 hours to Clovis. When we checked in, a very rude manager told us that they only had 3 roll-aways and they were already committed to a basketball team that was staying in the hotel. We reminded them that we HAD called that morning and were assured it wouldn't be a problem. We have a twin air mattress and we would have brought it if necessary. The guy was extremely rude and did not make any attempt to be helpful. When we left to find another hotel, he cancelled our reservation as soon as we walked out. When we realized we would probably lose our money since we hadn't cancelled the reservation, we found a WalMart, bought and air mattress and went back. The manager immediately came out even though another person was helping us and continued to be a jerk. I would stay here again since the rate was very reasonable and the facility was first rate, but they need to do something about their staff.
