We stayed over night and was impressed with the cleanliness and overall appearance of the little motel. There were some repairs needed and they seemed to be doing the repairs. The location was great due to the fact it had several nice restaurants close by , especially the Pizza Parlors everywhere. The breakfast left a little to be desired, but the coffee was really good
was driving down I 70 every hotel was sold out so we found this place late night. should have stayed in a rest stop... the desk clerk was rude but I thought it was a late night job who else would want it... room keys did not work...had to go back downstairs and he acted like it was my fault they did not work.... then the sleeping part hotel is old and run down. the maintenance decided to start working right outside my room at 8 30 am keep in mind I did not get to the hotel til 1am, so I decided to go down to get breakfast forget that it was people waiting outside to get in? I think a college group was there.... if you see this place .hit the gas and keep going you will be disappointed!
Stayed here for a night on way through town and was little concerned because of the cheap price but stayed anyways and can say the room was pretty nice. Was very clean and bathroom as well. My only problem was there is a smell in the room that I didn't like( like a sweat smell or something) and the bed was like beds a motel 6 which just suck I think. They are fixing things up which is great but gotta do something about that smell. Other than that I was pretty impressed on the room.
Terrible customer service. The place is also run down and dirty. Stay in one of the other hotels nearby. There is a Hoiiday Inn Express close by, as well as some others. I will never make a reservation here again.
We stayed here because everywhere else was booked in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was average but clean. We paid $145 because of some festival in the area, we would never have paid this much for this room had we any other choice. All in all, not bad...basic accommodations.
We needed a room last minute. Room was very clean. Mattress awful... felt it was over priced at 118. But grateful when we stopped they had a cancellation and we were able to stay. Not sure I would stay again. .
the only reason this hotel is average is because the rooms were actually clean and in fair condition. The rest of the hotel is very unmaintained. The long term or maybe semi-permanent residents were definitely up to something. Young adults wandering in and out of a room. I could make assumptions but I won't. My suggestion is to book a room across the street at a more reputable chain.
Hotel front desk staff member would NOT honor the trip advisor reservations or price (or call his boss) even though it was confirmed, emailed confirmation and paid. The customer service experience was -10!! In fact the Hotel front desk staff member is obviously very unhappy in his job as he was rude, crude and socially unacceptable! There were no raised voices or tense exchanges but he just jumped on me - too stressed I guess - even though this was obviously not MY fault! I frankly wouldn't stay here if anyone PAID ME if this is the example of the customer service of this hotel! Customers are certainly not their priority! Invest in some training for the front desk staff!!
We normally do not pick a hotel ahead of time when out traveling the road. We choose the Econo Lodge in Cloverdale after about 6 hours of driving along I70. The hotel was OK. We were a bit disappointed in the bed. The bed was very low to the ground and a bit on the soft side. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was your typical Choice Hotel quick style meal of waffles and baked goods.
After driving for 8 hours, we were just hoping that our reservation would result in a clean, quiet room. It did. the place was very clean, the room was clean, quiet and the staff was friendly! Breakfast was, sparse to say the least, but that room was clean as well! Great price, a clean, quiet room and friendly staff...what else could you want in a price hotel?
