This was hands down the best hotel we’ve stayed at in the last 2 years! Staff was very friendly and wonderful! The property itself was good! The room was great!!! The only thing we didn’t like was our bed. But that’s okay. Everything else was wonderful!!

Kristy (the sweet girl that checked us in) was so helpful at making our stay fun and enjoyable. And I dont think Im the only guest that feels that way. I saw the way she treated others. She was friendly, kind and genuine. I could tell she enjoyed making her guests happy. Rare quality these days.

The breakfast was cold and we were some of the first there at 6:45am. The breakfast host was nice. The doors didn't stay locked when you shut them, you push on them they came open....had to use the dead bolt on door. The soaps needed to be filled. We had two rooms and one of them had a clogged toilet, the TV didn't work and the bed felt like it was sunken in the middle.

Quality Inn has some of the friendliest staff that I have ever encountered in a hotel anywhere. They smiled, spoke kindly, and were super helpful from the front desk to housekeeping staff. It seems like an older property that has been renovated, but it was super clean and comfortable.

Great staff, ok hotel

Christy at the front desk was so sweet and amazing! Our first room smelled like dog and she moved us promptly to a new room. As for the property, things were dated but clean. Beds weren't very comfortable, but bedding was clean. Overall good value for the price

The hotel was in a good location. The staff were friendly and accommodating. When we walked into our first room, the temperature was on 61. When we turned it up to 70 the room immediately had a bad smell. The front desk staff was able to change our room, which we were grateful for. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel was not very busy. There were 4 guests in the dining area during breakfast. Breakfast was okay. They had 2 types of cereal, some type of egg and what looked like sausage links, juice, milk, bagels, toast, muffins, waffles, etc. I understand it is difficult to fix food for people when you aren't sure how many will eat and you don't want to waste it. There was an indoor pool but we did not have time to swim. Overall, it worked for a 1 night stay.
