the room was big- beds were old and too soft- the decor was very outdated- towels old and rough. The property surroundings were nice- but its pretty outdated.

I needed a phone charger and the desk manager brought one to me.

Kids enjoyed the breakfast and that it was open later than most places we have stayed. Staff was very accommodating.

Room was amazing. Breakfast was awesome. loved all the options. Everything was delicious. The Mimosa was top tier. The Overnight Auditor (Tall/solid AA gentleman) and Front Desk Attendant Steven who checked us out were beyond pleasant and welcoming. Also adored interacting with our breakfast attendant Emily. She was a real sweetie and was on top of things and pleasant in spite of some of the guests being obnoxious. Every visit to Cleveland moving forward will include a stay at this hotel.

Our only complaint is that the hotel did not have an established ice supply procedure. There was no ice machine and no ice buckets. The manager who checked us in was very cooperative, but we had to supply a bowl from the room so that the manager could get ice from his office/kitchen. Very unusual.
