Welcome to the Legacy neighborhood at Suncadia, located within the heart of the Resort. This peaceful retreat, just above the Legacy Park, is within walking distance of the Lodge, Glade Spa, and Swim and Fitness Center.
The home features are contemporary design enriched with upscale furnishings. The spacious living, dining and kitchen areas create an easy flow between inviting spaces. The inviting living room is complete with a gas fireplace and large TV, perfect for entertaining or enjoying the view. The light-filled open kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and the island provides prep space and extra seating for four, while the dining table accommodates eight comfortably.
This space is enhanced stepping out through the bifold sliding patio doors where you can relax on the elevated deck, complete with a fire table, BBQ and our door heaters.
