Disfrute de esta hermosa casa nueva de 4 habitaciones y 3 baños, ubicada en el nuevo vecindario de Miners Camp. En los 4 dormitorios hay 2 reyes, ambos con su propio baño, 1 reina, y en la habitación con literas 2 camas individuales en literas completas. Cada habitación tiene su propia televisión. La cocina es muy espaciosa y está muy bien equipada para entretener o simplemente cocinar, y se proporciona una cafetera Keurig. Hay un parque con cancha de baloncesto y mucho espacio para que los niños corran directamente al otro lado de la calle. 2 bicicletas en la propiedad. Hay una mesa de juego de tejo, air hockey, ping pong y juego de baloncesto pop a shot. Disfruta de asar marshmello en tu propio fogón privado. We had such a great stay! This house has everything you need! We felt right at home. Kevin was very responsive & communicative. We have stayed at many houses in Suncadia and this one is our favorite by far!! Can’t wait to stay here again.

Great house that is well amenitized. Fantastic location walking distance to the hotel with a park right across the street that is great for kids. They can just run outside and play and street is a cul-de-sac which makes it perfect for bikes and scooters. The place is as advertised and a great choice for families.

Our stay as a family (6 adults & 2 kids under 3) was amazing. Perfect location and the house was exactly what we hoped it would be. Easy check in and great amenities. Will go back in the future!

Great Family Getaway

This property was in a great location, enjoyed the walking trail and the kids loved having the basketball court and playground right out the front door. The house was well stocked, very clean, and plenty of room for the 9 of us. We would definitely stay here again, thank you Kevin.

Fantastic Suncadia location!

A gorgeous home and view, fully stocked, and in a perfect location. Walkable to the lodge and spa with a park across the street. Such a great family experience! Will definitely be back again.

The place was clean, had everything we needed and everything worked. I loved the kitchen and appliances, I could cook in there everyday. Location is convenient-gas and groceries are close. The trail was an perfect for morning walks/bike ride. The game room was great and we even got a game of horse in the playground right across the street. Kevin was an amazing host! He answered my questions promptly and checked in on us. I would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

Great Time!

House was a great size and layout. Our group was two families both with young kids and we loved being across from the playground. The kitchen was great and really well organized. Highlight was definitely the view out towards the golf course!

Perfect Getaway

The house was perfect for our multiple family new years getaway. Super comfortable and like they said well stocked. The games in the garage were perfect when the weather wasn't to great and the central location within Suncadia was ideal. Would definitely stay again.

Great house

I've never stayed at a house so well stocked! It had everything in the kitchen. The owner was super easy to communicate with and flexible as well. This is a great spot and we really enjoyed our stay!

This is a great house for multiple families. Had such a fantastic time with 3 young families from all over the country reuniting for a few days up in the mountains! Host communicated great and the house was well stocked and super clean.

Clean, stocked, and great location

We had such a great experience at this property. Communication with the property manager was awesome, the house was super clean, and it had everything we needed. The park right across the street and game room provided endless kid entertainment. Highly recommend!

Beautiful & well stocked home

We very much enjoyed staying here. We had 9 in our group (ages 14-75). Lots of games & activities to do, property was conveniently located for wandering around Suncadia. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need but forgot to pack. It was a great spot for our early family Christmas!

Great home and location

This is perfect if you have young kids or teenagers. Lots of space for them to play inside or out. The kitchen was well stocked and much appreciated. Would recommend this house anyone who asks.
