The staff was very very accommodating during our stay, we got in late and they made the check in process so easy when we were tired and stressed. That being said, the hotel is right off the highway and incredibly loud. There is no sound proofing in the rooms at all it felt like. The rooms also felt very damp, and they had notices everywhere that the sprinkler and fire systems weren’t working, so maybe there was a leak in the system making the hotel very humid. The bed felt wet and like we were sleeping on a 30 year old mattress. Unfortunately will not be booking again, and was upset that the reviews were good for the hotel when I felt like it was very misleading.

Large stains on bedding and carpet. Strong odors. Front desk Chris was very nice and gave us a new room, which was better than the first. He made the stay a little more enjoyable, very hospitable.

I love pets but being pet friendly we were woke up 4 times by dogs barking and we could hear outside noise from cars while we were sleeping as well. It was clean and the staff was extremely nice.

Even after asking two times a day for three days of my four day stay my room was never cleaned. Also they don’t take cash at all which I feel like any business in America should take cash. Staff was nice, but didn’t follow through on having my room cleaned.

The staff was very friendly no complaints about customer service. The breakfast was basically eggs, bread, fruit. Crumbled up bacon bits some other meat for breakfast burritos that I couldn't identify. Be prepared to go somewhere else for breakfast.
